Minister of Housing, Urban Planning and the City Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, accompanied by The Minister of Industry, Ahmed Zeghdar and the Minister of Pharmaceutical Industry, Lotfi Benbahmed, chaired on Wednesday the launch of the distribution of at least 28 thousand homes in both rental-sale and public rental formulas.
Speaking at the distribution ceremonies, Minister Tarek Belaribi, described it as one of “major operation” of housing distribution in the capital of western Algeria, noting that all these new urban poles “meet the requirements of life as schools, playgrounds, in addition to two mosques donated by El Injaz institutions”.
Regarding the AADL Housing Program, Housing Minister declared that AADL 2 in Oran province will be completed in the first half of 2022.
In parallel with its keenness to fold AADL program and all various other formulas, the Ministry of Housing and urban and the city began to open other workshops, according to Belaribi, who mentioned among them “The executive project of Urbanism Law on which a study Day has been organized at the headquarters of the National Housing Fund over the past few days, as well as the reconstruction law (29-90), which is part of the new sustainable development goals and which has not been changed in 30 years, which will create new mechanics and revitalize the role of oversight.”
