Rabah Deriassa was an Algerian painter and singer interpreting folk music, he was usually active during the period of 1960-1980. Where his fan following got a pump because his songs (“Hizia”, “Najma Qotbia”, “EI Goumri”) came on the of national hits in Algeria. He was born on 19th August 1934 in Blida, Algeria and genres were folks along with labels Tlemcen music. He had gone through many heartbreaking circumstances because when he was just 12-years-old his mother has left the world when he needed her. Later his father left the world after three years of his mother, he spent his life as an orphan along with five brothers.
