ALGIERS – “Algiers, confidential”, a subversive series broadcast by the Franco-German TV channel ARTE evoking the events of Algeria in the 1990s, is part of the destabilizing series that comes back every time the country is on the right track or has strong regional and international relations, said the political scientist and expert on geopolitical issues and migration, Hassen Kacimi.
Kacimi claimed that this series, presented as a fiction by its author, falls within the framework of “the destabilization of Algeria on the eve of a hypothetical Hirak, well prepared on social networks through some IP addresses installed in Morocco, in the Zionist entity and in Paris,” explained the guest of the Editorial Board of Channel 3 of the National Radio. He also revealed that “this channel has produced several propaganda films and documentaries like 12 documentaries of the sinister BHL, intended to destabilize the Arab world and the Maghreb”.
According to Mr Kacimi, this series is part of the “destabilization series of Algeria that returns cyclically and regularly whenever the country is on the right track or has strong regional and international relations”, noting that currently “Algeria is building economic and security partnerships with the Europeans, the Ruses, the Chinese, the Arab World and America”.
“This new approach which aims to make our country a regional power, displeases these wolves who try to get out of the maquis to try to revive the Hirak in its subversive version in order to destabilize Algeria”.
Through this series, there is a “plot to attack the ANP, because its status as a republican army that defends the sovereignty and integrity of the country, disturbs foreign parties at the country’s western border but also overseas,” he added
In addition, he said that this series was “adapted by the Azoulai clan of Morocco and filmed in that country”, stating that “the King of Morocco has put his hand in the pocket to finance a series that is a hoax, reporting false events having nothing to do with reality”.
He added that the director is “a small unknown producer, close to Zionist circles, having connections with the Makhzen and spending his time denigrating Algeria”.
For M. Kacimi, through this series, “we want to unearth the thesis of +Who kills who+”, observing that although this file was “finally closed, it returns cyclically, the objective being to denigrate and discredit Algeria, and especially to weaken it because of the important and very strong regional strategic stakes”.
Describing the thesis of “Who kills who” as “wet firecracker”, he considered that it was “fabricated with confessions of delinquents, thugs and criminals who had taken refuge in Paris, after having been prosecuted by the Algerian justice”.
