The team was founded on December 28, 2008, composed of players residing abroad, and the Algerian team was successful in its first graduates, where it won seven goals for four in the first encounter in damnville, France, The confrontation was marked by the participation of the Algerian international Omari Chadli, who gave the kick-off, finishing fourth in the Arab Championship (2008 in the United Arab Emirates), and third in the African Championship 2016 (Morocco, Rabat).
