The American Congress took action, asking the American government to transfer NATO maneuvers outside Morocco, so as not to threaten their strategic interests with Algeria.
As the American armed forces are under the control of civil authorities, the American government and the pentagon, carried out this decision, and they began to seek a country other than Morocco, to organize the next military maneuvers of NATO. .
For the Americans, Algeria is a strategic partner, with whom they have important interests, which they must absolutely preserve and not threaten.
This message was well decoded by the King of Morocco, who now knows that the American Congress will not support him in his adventures, which do not serve American interests.
On the African continent, King Mohamed 6 is losing ground terribly against Algeria.
Algeria is about to neutralize the military G5 of the Sahel, under French command, to build the G5 of the Sahel of sustainable and inclusive development, of the countries of the region, by carrying out mega projects, such as the trans-Saharan gas pipeline, the trans-Saharan road, the trans-Saharan optical fiber, the mega African port of Hamdania, which will open up all the countries of the Sahel, and the road of Tindouf / Zouerat, which will link Algeria to the ECOWAS countries.

It must be recognized that Algeria has suffered, in the past, strong interference, having caused the freezing of our strategic projects, such as that of gara djebilet in Tindouf, which France wanted to exploit at all costs, against small revenues to Algeria, such as Uranium from Niger, which is exploited by France, against derisory prices, paid to this country.
The trip of our Minister of Energy to Tindouf, has a strong symbolism, announcing a firm political will, to launch and carry out all our strategic projects, whatever the obstacles encountered on the ground.
The port of Hamdania, the exploitation of phosphate in the east of the country, and the Solar 1000 MGW project, experienced delays, probably due to the finalization of feasibility studies.
These three projects are of strategic interest for Algeria. The President of the Republic intervened, on several occasions, during the last Councils of Ministers, to ask the sectors concerned, to speed up the launch rate of these projects.
King Mohamed 6 was neutralized by Algeria, with checkmate, and the latter solicits, with a heavy heart, the help of his big neighbor, who also has conditions to prevail, before any normalization of our relations with the Makhzan.
