On his TikTok channel named dnzh Travel, which has more than 100,000 subscribers, a Portuguese globetrotter raved about Algeria and Algerians.
Algeria has immense tourism potential. From north to south and from east to west, the country offers its visitors a changing and infinite panorama of beauty.
However, tourist activity in Algeria remains quite discreet and foreign tourists number in the thousands per year, which is very few. This observation does not prevent true lovers of travel and discovery from showing their admiration for the country.
Indeed, on his TikTok channel named dnzh Travel, which has more than 100,000 subscribers, a Portuguese globetrotter was full of praise for Algeria and Algerians.
Tourism: “Algeria has everything it needs”
Responding to a question posed to him, Daniel Pinto indicated that “the most underrated tourist destination in the world is Algeria”. “Algeria is magnificent”, confides this traveler who has explored more than 100 countries around the world.
Although Algeria “does not receive almost any tourists”, the traveler assures that it is endowed with an “amazing cuisine” and a “wonderful population”. The largest country in Africa, according to this globetrotter, “has everything you need: snow-capped mountains, a sandy desert and beaches on the coast”.
Travel: Algeria, “the most underrated destination”
This traveler knows what he is talking about, since he has already visited Algeria. We also see him, on older videos, walking the ramparts of Fort Santa Cruz in Oran, a city that did not fail to seduce him. “I spent three months crisscrossing this beautiful country which is Algeria, and I decided that Oran is the most undervalued Mediterranean city”, he argued.
The traveller explored several other regions of the country, including Ghardaïa, Béchar and Algiers, but what struck him the most was the incredible hospitality of the Algerians. He confides that “traveling in Algeria is free” because “we invite you to dinner all the time, each inhabitant is a free guide, several museums and entertainment in free access and many gifts”. The tourist reveals that during his trip to Algeria which lasted 3 weeks, he only spent $100
