THEME: OCS/BRICS vs NATO
ARE WE ALREADY IN A NEW WORLD ORDER?
DOES ALGERIA HAVE AN ELITE TO POSITION ITSELF OPTIMALLY?
PART ONE:
1- NATO, its socio-economic organizations, its capacities for sanctions and reprisals etc…we will also do a little history of how NATO hegemony was established
The legal infrastructure of the current world order? UN, NATO, IMF, WORLD BANK, BIS, SWIFT
2- Has the OCS / BRICS achieved autonomy to be protected from NATO reprisals, To assert itself as a new pole of power, with what means, organizations and infrastructures, etc…
3- Economically, what are the strengths and weaknesses of each other…
4-Practical and current example: The Ukraine-Russia Crisis:
– The reasons (isn’t this an aspect of NATO’s resistance to the birth of an opposing pole)
– The successes/failures of each other so far in this conflict?
– Exit scenarios of this conflict
PART TWO
1- Algeria in this global geopolitical context in rapid transition
2- How our history determines our present positions;
3- 60 years after our independence, given the political choices of principles of Algeria, can we be proud of our achievements (high HDI, 64th World in sustainable development better than countries like Turkey or Malaysia, etc.)
4- Is there a 4th generation war against Algeria? Are we aware of such a danger and do we have the appropriate means to deal with it.
5- The Hirak, is it over, is it a success or a failure, how to make sure to continue to impose its protesting, peaceful spirit without being monopolized by a dubious opposition or circles of power followers of an interested status quo ;
6- How to shorten the path of our development and reduce the gap between the aspirations of our people and our real capacities, Moreover do we have an elite in sufficient quantity and quality to formalize and concretize these ambitions of the Algerians. (here we will develop what will have to be done and by whom on the social, political and economic level), (we will try to define the winning paradigms for a new Algeria).
