The Government also undertakes, in the same context, to “develop domestic tourism, by associating tourism agencies, by creating an environment conducive to the reception of tourists”, and this, through “the establishment of a practical policy involving families in the accommodation operation, which will create a secure economic dynamic in mountainous areas and regions with an archaeological tourist base ”.
For Mr. Benabderrahmane, “the completion of the modernization and rehabilitation program of the public hotel park, the encouragement of various public-private partnership formulas, and support for efforts in the field of tourism will be carried out. by promoting craft activities in order to build them into a real industry ”. In this regard, the Prime Minister revealed “the reception of more than 200 tourism projects, with an average of 50 projects each year until 2024, which will make it possible to increase tourism capacities, with more than 15,700 additional beds and create more than 6,000 direct jobs ”. Regarding the promotion of employment and the fight against unemployment, Mr. Benabderrahmane specified that the Government “will work through an economic approach to encourage the emergence of an ecosystem favorable to creation, development and the sustainability of micro and small businesses, particularly in growth sectors and job creators ”. It will also be a question of “the rehabilitation and extension of purification networks to bring the rate of connection of homes to these networks to 93% against 91% currently, or 50,000 km by 2024”. According to the Prime Minister, “the national water storage capacity will be increased to 12 billion cubic meters by the construction and commissioning of new dams (85 in 2024) and the interconnection of major hydraulic structures and complexes in the country” .
