According to Madam Emma Theofelus, Deputy Minister of Information and Communication Technologies of Namibia, it is inconceivable that it is easier for Namibia to market products on the European market than in Algeria – and vice versa. The collaboration and the exchange of expertise between both countries – and the other African ones in general, would be, still according to our interlocutor, the key of success, to give the necessary impetus to the economies of these two countries.
