ALGIERS- The detained terrorist Mohamed Azouz Benhalima revealed the methods of scam and blackmail used by the terrorist Amir Boukhars known as “Amir DZ”, in particular those targeting hirakists, businessmen and officials from whom he gained huge sums of money.

In the fourth part of the confession broadcast, on Thursday evening, by Algerian Television under the title “Path of felony.. details of the conspiracy”, Benhalima declared that “Amir DZ” was “a traitor whose sole objective was to serve his personal interests, by whatever means”, in order to put pressure on anyone who opposed him, even if he was part of the “Rachad” terrorist movement.

Benhalima explained how Boukhras blackmailed hirakists who discovered his sad reality, using photos obtained by dishonest methods and threatening to publish them on social networks.

He clarified that the reality of this traitor and his vile objectives only became apparent to him after he moved from Spain to France, where he began to send him photos of girls from the popular Hirak, who renounced his subversive ideas. Among these girls, the so-called “Fatima Zohra”, he said.

He added that “Amir DZ” kept indecent photos of girls on his phone for the blackmail, pointing out that he had fake social media accounts which he operated for such purposes.

Emphasizing that the treachery shown by “Amir DZ” was at the origin of his conflicts with his close entourage, like the journalist Manar Mensri who worked alongside him in the same chain, Benhalima affirmed that the so-called “Amir DZ” had asked him to tarnish the reputation of the latter on social networks.

“The terrorist Boukhars was in contact with Yasmine Isabelle who lived in Paris. The latter was blackmailed and harassed by the terrorist in question who had attacked her openly in his videos, causing her to attempt to suicide”, according to Benhlima who claimed that the so-called “Amir DZ” had tried “to blackmail the so-called Assia Kechoud and harass her”.

Boukhors made the Hirak militants believe that he was an “important personality with principles and a certain level of education and that he was well informed”, continued Benhalima, who insisted on recalling that “Amir DZ” had no no reliable source, but rather that he collected his information from Ismail Zitout and certain groups on Facebook.

The posts published by this terrorist on his Facebook page targeting the Army and Algerian officials “were not written by him, as he has a fairly limited level of education. Ismail Zitout is the writer”, Benhalima said. Regarding the interview with the newspaper “The Independent” for a sum of money, Benhalima affirmed that it was Ismail Zitout who dictated the answers to him because the so-called “Amir DZ” did not master English.

Benhlima indicated that the terrorist “Amir DZ” who lived in “upscale neighborhoods in Paris, said that “the file of his extradition was in the hands of judges hostile to Algeria, and therefore his extradition could not take place”. “What is certain is that Boukhars is supported by a party in France,” he added.

Referring to the people who disagreed with “Amir DZ”, Benhlima quoted Brahim Douadji who revealed the true face of “Amir DZ” who, in return, threatened him, adding that Zitout was aware of this threat.

“This terrorist also had misunderstanding with Sakhri Abderrezak for several reasons, including the case of Mohamed Abdellah”, he revealed, adding that “Amir DZ” encouraged Sakhri’s wife to ask for a divorce, as he did with the wife of Mohamed Abdellah.

In this regard, the arrested terrorist revealed the methods followed by Amir Boukhars in the scam by looting the donations collected for the organization of marches in France .

Among Boukhars’ most important sources of wealth, Benhlima cited the latter’s blackmail of businessmen and officials, revealing that Ismail Zitout had told him that “Amir DZ” had extorted 100,000 euros from former wali in detention, Abdelkader Zoukh, through blackmail, and a luxury vehicle given to him by the businessman in detention, Mahieddine Tahkout.

This terrorist, he added, made officials and businessmen believe that he had files concerning them by seeking to negotiate sums of money with them.

Regarding the sources of funding for “Amir DZ”, Benhlima pointed out that it was Ismail Zitout who proposed to Boukhars to create a Youtube channel, and to collect funds through electronic transfers, under the pretext that they were collected for the benefit of detainees, adding that he collected 10,000 euros directly after the video was posted.

As for the revenues of the Youtube channel, he indicated that they amounted to “1,400 euros for each “Live”, in addition to the revenues from videos whose number could reach seven (7) and whose value fluctuated between 500 and 800 euros/each, and as a result, his income could exceed 12,000 euros/month, he said.

In the third part of his confession broadcast few days ago, the detained terrorist Mohamed Azouz Benhalima revealed the organizational structure of the terrorist movement “Rachad,” its financing sources as well as its secret relationship with the terrorist movement “MAK.”

The terrorist Benhalima explained that he was able, thanks to the relations established with the elements of “Rachad” in France, Canada and England, to identify the human component of this terrorist movement and its sources of funding.

The “Rachad” terrorist movement has, according to Benhalima’s confession, a Shura Council composed of seven elements, namely: “Larbi Zitout, Mourad Dehina, Abbas Aroua, Rachid Mesli, Nazim Taleb and two
magistrates who are Franco-Algerian dual nationals (he did not mention their names) working behind the scenes”.

Addressing the sources of funding for the terrorist movement, the detained terrorist said they are “multiple”, citing “fundraising, donations, wire transfers and YouTube revenue”.

As for the relations between “Rachad” and the “MAK”, he affirmed that they are “secret” links, as the two terrorist entities are holding secret meetings through screen organizations.

He cited, in this context, the organization, by the two terrorist movements, of a “secret meeting in Spain shortly before the outbreak of fires in Algeria (summer 2021)”, noting that “the so-called Yasmine Benini had organized this meeting and other ones”.

He, also, reported on a meeting organized after the Hirak of February 22, 2019 in the region of Saint-Michel (France) between the screen organization called “For a new Algeria” belonging to the “Rachad” movement and “Akda” belonging of the “MAK” movement.

“The spokesperson for Jean Luc Mélenchon (President of the La France Insoumise or Insubordinate France party), French parliamentarians in office, former deputies and several other personalities” attended this meeting where the question of detainees in Algeria was discussed,” further explained the detainee Benhalima.

Noting that the members of “Rachad” were active mainly in Paris, Canada and England, the terrorist Benhalima said that this movement had many branches including the “PUNA” and “Rebuilding Algeria” movements, as well as the “Hogar”, “Cortoba” institutes and the “Karama” organization, entities all located in Switzerland.

As for the headquarters of the office of the general secretariat of the Rachad movement, he said that it was in London and that it was managed by Larbi Zitout, “the official and real leader of Rachad, a movement that does not believe in the principle of the Shura”.

The activists of the movement coordinate through individuals activating in the shadows, like Camélia, based in the United States, and the so-called Ismaïl and Miloud Zitout, Hakem Chakib in Paris, Hermes and Wahid”, he detailed, noting that these six people are “responsible for media coordination”.

He revealed that the Rachad movement was trying “to exacerbate the popular Hirak and to plunge Algeria into a crisis to carry out the abjact plans of the parties that support it”, affirming that this terrorist entity had started “recruiting young people from Hirak for whom it even organized crossings to Europe to exploit them later”.

This movement “does not believe in pacifism, but on the contrary it advocates armed action”, he revealed, noting that it “exploits detainees through a network specialized in the organization of operations of clandestine migration, managed by Said Yahiaoui and Drissi Abdellah who is of Moroccan origin”.

Among those exploited, Benhalima cited the names of “Issam Sayah, Fatma Zohra Bouras, Amine Babiche, and Ibrahim Laalami whose video showing his arrest by the Spanish coast guard was faked by Amir Boukhors (Amir Dz).

Calling Ismaïl Zitout a “game master”, he indicated that this individual “hiding in the shadows, managed the media success of the movement and was in charge of more than 32 Facebook pages, like Akhbar El Ahrar, Maarakt Tahrir El Waaï, Sada El Hirak, in addition to the pages of Amir Boukhors and Larbi Zitout”.

He also discussed the means used by Larbi Zitout to collect the funds, including “electronic transfers, receipts from YouTube, and donations collected in France, Canada and Great Britain”.

He referred to Soraya Aït Mohand who is “responsible for collecting donations”, insofar as “Zitout adopts the principle of management from behind the scenes”.

According to Benhalima’s confession, Larbi Zitout collected with Assia Guechoud nearly “90,000 euros” by exploiting the case of Mohamed Abdellah.

He explained how Ismaïl Zitout “protected” his brother Larbi through “false reports” filed with the British police and according to which “a political opponent” would be the subject of an “attempt to liquidate him at his home”. The purpose of the reports was “to provide some protection to Larbi Zitout, and to facilitate the obtaining of authorization for the installation of a surveillance system and surveillance cameras in his home”.

Ismaïl Zitout’s actions came after the Algerian authorities listed Larbi Zitout and his movement on the list of terrorist entities, the detainee Benhalima added.

Benhalima also shed light on the relationship between Amir Boukhors and Larbi Zitout, noting, in this context, that Ismaïl and Larbi Zitout had initially agreed to “train” Amir Dz for the purpose of exploitation.

He also indicated that his trip to France had created a “crisis” between Zitout and Amir Dz, which according to him confirms “the fragility of their relationship”.

Benhalima said he prepared “at the request of Ismaïl Zitout nearly 18 videos on Amir Dz which were not broadcast in order to put pressure on him”.

“Ismaïl and Larbi Zitout have been working since December 2021 to break Amir Dz for several reasons, in particular the conflict of interest in the affairs of Mohamed Abdellah and Bounouira”, he explained.

According to Benhalima, “money and women” are the only elements that drive these two terrorists, before mentioning the “solid” relationship between Larbi Zitout and Manar Menaseri whom he described as “Zitout’s eyes in Turkey “. The latter receives from Zitout “an amount of 500 euros each month to draw up reports on the meetings of the Muslim Brotherhood in Turkey”, he said.

As for the second part of his confessions, the detained terrorist Mohamed Azouz Benhalima confessed to having discovered during his interactions with the leaders of the terrorist movement “Rachad” and its sympathizers, that he had fallen into the trap of “a Makhzeno-Zionist plot hatched against Algeria “, affirming the existence of secret links between this terrorist organization and international networks specializing in forgery and organized crime.

the terrorist Benhalima indicated that he realized, after learning that the Spanish authorities planned to extradite the terrorist Mohamed Abdellah, that he was going to suffer the same fate, which led him to come into direct contact with members and intermediaries of the “Rachad” terrorist movement.

Detainee Benhalima explained that he began, once in contact with the terrorists Larbi Zitout, Amir Boukhors and Assia Guechoud, to discover “their true intentions” and that he fell into the trap of a “makhzen- Zionist plot against Algeria”.

He called these terrorists “traitors” who, in addition to “betraying their country”, “get rid of anyone who does not collaborate with their plans or who has knowledge of many details of their activities”.

The detained terrorist also returned to “the treachery and denunciation” of the terrorist Amir Boukhors known as “Amir Dz” who denounced him to the French authorities when he traveled to this country in August 2021.

In France, Benhalima said he contacted Abdellah Drissi, “right arm” of the terrorist Larbi Zitout, who told him that he was collecting donations from mosques with other people to send them to Afghanistan, and that ” business leaders were financing the activities of the Rachad terrorist movement”.

Detainee Benhalima explained, in his confession, how the terrorist Boukhors, dubbing him as “threat and competition”, filed a complaint with the French security services to push him to leave French territory.

In his confession, the terrorist Benhalima evoked the period of his house arrest in France where “the hand of the Makhzen” begins to be revealed in the plot.

Indeed, he explained that someone called Walid Kebir, “residing in Morocco who participated in the popular Hirak in Algeria and having relations with Hichem Aboud and Mehdi Ghani” tried to transfer him to Morocco. A destination to which the terrorist Assia Guechoud also tried to convince him to choose.

And to reveal, in this context, that the terrorist Zitout informed him that Amir Boukhors “has direct contact with the Moroccan Makhzen and that he was receiving colossal sums from the Moroccan authorities”.

The terrorist Benhalima later reconsiders his decision to flee to England instead of Morocco by posing as a Jew.

He cited at this level the named Rachid Hadj Gourari who “facilitated the operation by falsifying the necessary travel documents”.

According to Benhalima, this attempt to flee confirms the secret links between the terrorist movement “Rachad” and networks specializing in forgery and organized crime, as well as the use of all means to achieve its abject plans, the fate of individuals exploited for these purposes being “the least of their worries”.

Recounting his attempt to leave French territory, the terrorist Benhalima said he was captured at Paris airport and extradited to Portugal where he requested asylum. He further explained his new attempt to flee Portugal by land to Belgian or French territories with the help of terrorist Ismail Zitout.

During the last attempt to escape that the detainee Benhalima said he had discovered “the treason” of the terrorist Larbi Zitout. His arrest by the Spanish security services can only be a “denunciation” of Zitout, insofar as the latter was in constant contact with him during his crossing of Spain.

He noted that the terrorist Zitout tried to camouflage his betrayal by trying to convince him that he was going to hire lawyers and mobilize NGOs to get him out of prison, when in truth he did everything to have him arrested.

Calling the terrorist Zitout a “charlatan”, “who resides in England and exploits others to carry out his plans”, inmate Benhalima noted that he was contacted by Ismail Zitout to broadcast videos illustrating that “Larbi Zitout is innocent who was allegedly the target of attacks in the media and via social networks”.

Earlier, detainee Mohamed Azzouz Benhalima has delivered the first part of his exclusive confessions on traitors and felons lurking abroad, lifting the veil on their involvement in despicable plans targeting Algeria’s security, unity and stability.

In his testimonies, the detainee Benhalima referred to the exploitation of young Algerians in plans targeting the Algerian state and the People’s National Army (ANP) in particular.

Recalling having joined the ranks of the ANP as a driver, Benhalima said he had made contact in August 2019 with Mohamed Abdellah to whom he expressed his willingness to emigrate, adding that he felt comfortable since the latter was a former soldier.

Mohamed Abdellah systematically contacted Larbi Zitout (responsible for the Rachad terrorist movement) to keep him informed of the details of the discussions, he added, noting that Larbi Zitout’s objective was to recruit active soldiers within the various units of the army to serve as a source of information.

Detainee Benhalima said he left Algeria in September 2019 for Alicante (Spain) where he contacted Mohamed Abdellah who was his intermediary with Larbi Zitout. The latter provided him with financial aid to blackmail him, through his brothers Miloud and Ismail as well as the named Moussa Zerrari residing in Lyon (France).

He also mentioned his first contact with the named “Amir Dz” who got in touch with him requesting his phone number.

In October 2019, detainee Benhalima said he was admitted to a reception center for asylum seekers in Tolosa (Spain) where he started broadcasting incitement videos under the directions given by Ismail Zitout. At this time, he was contacted by Larbi Zitout to launch a Youtube channel, according to the confessions of Benhalima who noted that Ismail Zitout was the media manager of his brother Larbi.

According to these confessions, Larbi Zitout is the mastermind of the Rachad terrorist movement which also includes Abbas Aroua, Mourad Dehina, Rachid Mesli, Nazim Taleb and two other dual nationals.
