President of the Republic, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and Minister of National Defense, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, as he presided over the regular meeting of the Council of Ministers today, Sunday, exempted students and elderly people with low incomes among Algerians returning to the homeland from paying the accommodation costs related to the quarantine, according to a press release issued by the Presidency of the Republic.
The same source explained that after hearing the report of the Prime Minister on the government’s activities during the last two weeks, the President ordered: “Exempting students and elderly people with low incomes among Algerians returning to the homeland from paying accommodation costs related to quarantine,” as well as “reducing accommodation expenses by twenty percent (20%), for Algerians returning to the country.”

This is a great move by the president! This will allow more people to return home. And for those who disliked this order, place yourself in their places and you would feel thankful, a president is a leader who thinks for the well being of his people.
Salut!
Especially when we know that no other country has shown such an approach, and a president such generosity.
