The Algerian head of state tops the ballot with 1,980 votes, or 25.7% of the votes. Note that the vote will end at midnight on January 9, 2023. And the results will be announced the next day at noon. In addition, President Tebboune is competing with ten (10) heads of state and political figures for the title of the most influential Arab leader this year.
