The agreement aims to establish the &#8220;AHSEN&#8221; project (<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/chatgpt.com\/c\/bb5f0857-3ee0-4a36-b5a3-de5378a35aff#\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Algerian Health Sciences E-Learning Network<\/a>), linked to the Algerian e-learning network in medical sciences.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The agreement was signed by the Director of Training at the Ministry of Health, Linda Khoualed, and the Director General of Higher Education and Training at the Ministry of Higher Education, Ali Chokri. It was supervised by the sector&#8217;s ministers, Kamel Baddari and Abdelhak Saihi, and attended by the foundation&#8217;s president, Prof. Elias Zerhouni, and the head of the National Health Promotion and Research Development Authority &#8220;FOREM&#8221;, Prof. Mustapha Khiati.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This agreement reflects the commitment of both sectors to provide pedagogical, logistical, and technical support for the &#8220;AHSEN&#8221; project in the development of a distance learning platform for medical and paramedical students in Algeria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">According to the president of the project, Imane Amrani, &#8220;AHSEN&#8221; represents a new milestone in Algerian e-learning, complementing the digital reforms initiated by the Ministry of Higher Education, particularly in training and teaching. The project targets medical and paramedical students through a platform currently available at the <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.univ-alger.dz\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">University of Algiers 1<\/a> and the <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/chatgpt.com\/c\/bb5f0857-3ee0-4a36-b5a3-de5378a35aff#\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">National Institute of Paramedical Training<\/a>, with plans for expansion to all universities in the country.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research praised the agreement as evidence of the Algerian university&#8217;s move towards modernization, aiming to become a 4th generation university that shares programs with international counterparts. He emphasized the role of e-learning in shaping an educated generation proficient in innovative teaching and entrepreneurship.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Minister of Health affirmed the commitment of both sectors to support the &#8220;AHSEN&#8221; project, recognizing Prof. Elias Zerhouni&#8217;s contribution to health education in Algeria. He highlighted the importance of utilizing new technologies in continuing education and distance learning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prof. Zerhouni presented his project&#8217;s idea, rooted in the belief that understanding the world requires a change in teaching methods, expressing pride in his Algerian university background.
