Il s\u2019agit de recherches de terrain qui comportent plusieurs phases, depuis la prospection, le recueil et la collecte de corpus jusqu\u2019aux travaux de laboratoires. Les missions sur le terrain sont souvent pluridisciplinaires et regroupent pr\u00e9historiens, anthropologues et autres sp\u00e9cialistes avec la collaboration de photographes et de laboratoires techniques.
