A written document, according to the German daily Spiegel, was “extracted” from the British national archives by the American political scientist Joshua Shifrinson, a professor at Boston University.<\/p>\n

The pimping diplomacy that favours the carrot and stick policy to continue exploiting its victims will not work in the future, as the Western affluent nations cannot continue to abuse their victims and impose their own laws by force.<\/p>\n

The 1991 agreement between Russia and America, which has just been “recovered”, will be put back on the negotiating table.<\/p>\n

NATO must respect the agreements made, and it must absolutely withdraw from the Eastern European republics.<\/p>\n
