{"id":57387,"date":"2022-07-15T14:25:20","date_gmt":"2022-07-15T13:25:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jazairhope.org\/?p=57387"},"modified":"2022-07-15T14:25:20","modified_gmt":"2022-07-15T13:25:20","slug":"algeria-canada-commitment-to-materialize-win-win-projects","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jazairhope.org\/en\/algeria-canada-commitment-to-materialize-win-win-projects\/","title":{"rendered":"Algeria-Canada: Commitment to materialize \u201cwin-win\u201d projects"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"td-post-author-name\">\n<div class=\"td-author-by\">By<span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">Hana Saada<\/span> &#8211;<span style=\"text-transform: initial;\">July 14, 2022<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>CONSTANTINE- Canada\u2019s Ambassador to Algeria, Michael Callan, reaffirmed, Wednesday in Constantine, his country\u2019s commitment to materialize \u201cwin-win\u201d projects with Algeria.<\/p>\n<p>Following a meeting-debate with local investors, hosted by the Rhumel Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIR), the Canadian diplomat judged the Algerian-Canadian project relating to the integrated management and energy recovery of local waste \u201cimportant for both parties\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The realization of the project should be launched in Constantine by 2023 for a period of two years, according to the explanations given by the project managers.<\/p>\n<p>This project, launched in 2016 in partnership with a group of Canadian companies and for which all the studies were finalized in 2019, will soon be the subject of an evaluation meeting between the Ministry of the Environment and representatives of the Canadian state with a view to its realization, indicated the diplomat.<\/p>\n<p>Once operational, it will have an impact on a triple social, economic and ecological levels, according to the local officials who have expressed, in this sense, several advantages that will be generated by this project, particularly with regard to the creation of jobs via the network of micro-enterprises, the reduction of municipal expenditure, and the fight against climate change.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement to the press after the meeting-debate with local investors, the Canadian diplomat underlined that the two countries rely on a \u201csolid base\u201d allowing them to further develop bilateral relations, dubbing them as \u201cvery good\u201d, recalling that the two countries have a \u201cdeep common history and diversified cooperation\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The Algerian community established in Canada is also a factor \u201cfavoring the intensification of relations and the consolidation of cooperation between the two countries\u201d, added Mr. Callan, who highlighted the \u201cenormous\u201d potential that Algeria has in several areas, including renewable energies, mining and culture.<\/p>\n<p>The Canadian diplomat, who called for the development of cooperation \u201cin an even deeper way\u201d, insisted on the importance of maintaining the spirit of trust that characterizes relations between the two parties, while stressing the need \u201cto build new bridges for fruitful partnerships and long-term cooperation, as well as invest in linguistic areas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>dzbreaking.com<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By\u00a0Hana Saada &#8211;July 14, 2022 CONSTANTINE- Canada\u2019s Ambassador to Algeria, Michael Callan, reaffirmed, Wednesday in Constantine, his country\u2019s commitment to materialize \u201cwin-win\u201d&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":70,"featured_media":57388,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_lmt_disableupdate":"","_lmt_disable":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[15,12,4,6],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-57387","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-algeria","category-economy","category-featured-articles","category-latest-articles"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v24.6 -
