Nous commencerons par faire un petit tour de la Casbah o\u00f9 nous rencontrerons @Tatahabiba ! Elle nous montrera quelques sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s et puis nous ferons les courses pour r\u00e9aliser la ” Kesra Kabyle” dans sa cuisine. Pour finir, nous irons \u00e0 la rencontre d’un boulanger du d\u00e9sert “Tahal” qui vient de Timimoune qui nous montrera la r\u00e9alisation du pain Mellah ou Pain de SABLE ! C’est une Galette qui est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par les touaregs dans le d\u00e9sert, et qui est cuite dans le sable.
