Cette distinction a \u00e9t\u00e9 remise par l\u2019ambassadeur du Mali \u00e0 Alger, Monsieur Mahamane Amadou Maiga, au nom du pr\u00e9sident de la transition, le colonel Assimi Go\u00efta. Dans son article du 5 mai 2024, l\u2019ic\u00f4ne du journalisme sportif alg\u00e9rien, <a href=\"https:\/\/jazairhope.org\/fr\/question-sportive-et-politique-a-mr-yazid-ouahib\/\">Yazid Ouahib, a d\u00e9crit cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement comme un &#8220;signal fort sur le double plan politique et sportif<\/a>.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, ce geste symbolique soul\u00e8ve des questions importantes, notamment en raison de la position officielle de l&#8217;Alg\u00e9rie concernant la crise malienne. Le gouvernement alg\u00e9rien, par la voix de son ministre des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aps.dz\/monde\/174057-attaf-le-reglement-du-conflit-au-mali-est-politique-et-non-militaire\">Ahmed Attaf, a r\u00e9it\u00e9r\u00e9 son opposition \u00e0 toute solution militaire au conflit malien<\/a>, pr\u00f4nant un r\u00e8glement politique et d\u00e9non\u00e7ant les risques de retour \u00e0 la guerre civile. Pourtant, Berraf a \u00e9t\u00e9 honor\u00e9 par un r\u00e9gime dont les relations avec l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie se sont d\u00e9t\u00e9rior\u00e9es depuis le coup d\u2019\u00c9tat du colonel Go\u00efta, notamment apr\u00e8s l\u2019annonce par Bamako de la &#8220;fin, avec effet imm\u00e9diat&#8221; de l\u2019accord d\u2019Alger sign\u00e9 en 2015.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Il est important de rappeler que l&#8217;accord d&#8217;Alger, ratifi\u00e9 par le Mali et toujours reconnu comme la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence par l&#8217;Organisation des Nations Unies (ONU), visait \u00e0 stabiliser le pays en offrant plus d&#8217;autonomie aux r\u00e9gions du nord et en int\u00e9grant les combattants dans une arm\u00e9e reconstitu\u00e9e. Cet accord a \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme <strong>un pilier pour la paix et la r\u00e9conciliation nationale au Mali<\/strong>. Le gouvernement malien a justifi\u00e9 cette rupture par le &#8220;changement de posture de certains groupes signataires&#8221; et <a href=\"https:\/\/information.tv5monde.com\/afrique\/mali-les-autorites-annoncent-la-fin-avec-effet-immediat-de-laccord-dalger-2706655\"><strong>les &#8220;actes d&#8217;hostilit\u00e9&#8221; des autorit\u00e9s alg\u00e9riennes, allant jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 accuser l&#8217;Alg\u00e9rie d\u2019ing\u00e9rence dans les affaires int\u00e9rieures du Mali.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Face \u00e0 cette situation complexe, la question se pose \u00e0 Mustapha Berraf : comment peut-on accepter une distinction de la part d&#8217;un r\u00e9gime qui non seulement a annul\u00e9 un accord crucial pour la paix, mais qui accuse \u00e9galement l&#8217;Alg\u00e9rie d&#8217;hostilit\u00e9 et d&#8217;ing\u00e9rence?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Il serait essentiel que Berraf clarifie sa position et explique la signification profonde de ce &#8220;signal fort sur le double plan politique et sportif,&#8221; surtout dans un contexte o\u00f9 les relations entre le Mali et l&#8217;Alg\u00e9rie sont marqu\u00e9es par des tensions et des divergences profondes, et ou Le Regime de Goita accentue de\u00a0 plus en plus sa proximit\u00e9 avec le Makhzen, les \u00c9mirats arabes unies et Isra\u00ebl.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>par Hope Jzr Lors de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie tenue en mai \u00e0 l\u2019ambassade du Mali \u00e0 Alger, Mustapha Berraf, pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Association des&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":50,"featured_media":107268,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_lmt_disableupdate":"no","_lmt_disable":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[39,49,52],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-107263","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-articles-en-vedette","category-politique","category-sport-fr"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Question \u00e0 Mr. Mustapha Berraf : Comment Accepter une Distinction de la Part de Ceux Qui Ont Annul\u00e9 les Accords de Paix d&#039;Alger?
