Alors que des pays comme le Royaume-Uni et le Canada ont annonc\u00e9 leur respect de la d\u00e9cision de la Cour p\u00e9nale internationale (CPI), la France, quant \u00e0 elle, a choisi une voie d\u00e9routante en accordant une immunit\u00e9 \u00e0 Benyamin N\u00e9tanyahou. Cette position, largement critiqu\u00e9e, suscite incompr\u00e9hension et indignation, remettant en question les principes m\u00eames du droit international.<\/p>\n

L\u2019annonce de cette immunit\u00e9, d\u00e9crypt\u00e9e avec justesse et fermet\u00e9 par Pascal Boniface dans son podcast, r\u00e9v\u00e8le les ambigu\u00eft\u00e9s de la diplomatie fran\u00e7aise, qui semble c\u00e9der \u00e0 une logique de \u00ab deux poids, deux mesures \u00bb au nom d\u2019une pr\u00e9tendue amiti\u00e9 historique avec Isra\u00ebl. Retour sur une d\u00e9cision qui marque une t\u00e2che sur le prestige de la France.<\/p>\n

Une Immunit\u00e9 qui D\u00e9fie la Raison<\/h3>\n

En effet, comme Pascal Boniface l\u2019exprime dans son podcast, cette d\u00e9cision semble tout droit sortie d\u2019une farce grotesque. Pourtant, elle est bien r\u00e9elle, confirm\u00e9e par un communiqu\u00e9 officiel de France Diplomatie. Ce texte, froid et diplomatique, tente de justifier une position moralement et juridiquement discutable en s\u2019abritant derri\u00e8re des obligations internationales et des amiti\u00e9s historiques.<\/p>\n

Comment expliquer qu\u2019un pays comme la France, historiquement d\u00e9fenseur du droit international et des droits des peuples \u00e0 disposer d\u2019eux-m\u00eames, se plie de mani\u00e8re aussi flagrante \u00e0 une logique de \u00ab deux poids, deux mesures \u00bb ? Lorsque la Cour p\u00e9nale internationale (CPI) inculpe Vladimir Poutine, la France applaudit sans retenue. Mais pour N\u00e9tanyahou, la diplomatie fran\u00e7aise adopte un ton pr\u00e9cautionneux, invoquant des consid\u00e9rations juridiques qui semblent soudainement prioritaires. Cette incoh\u00e9rence interpelle et inqui\u00e8te.<\/p>\n

Une Exception pour Isra\u00ebl ?<\/h3>\n

L\u2019argument de l\u2019amiti\u00e9 avec Isra\u00ebl est avanc\u00e9 pour justifier cette immunit\u00e9. Mais \u00e0 quel prix ? N\u00e9tanyahou et son gouvernement sont accus\u00e9s de crimes de guerre et de violations flagrantes des droits humains. Les vid\u00e9os en provenance de Gaza montrent des sc\u00e8nes qui glacent le sang, malgr\u00e9 les tentatives d\u2019Isra\u00ebl de bloquer l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux journalistes. La France, en prenant cette position, tourne le dos \u00e0 ses engagements historiques, notamment ceux de pr\u00e9sidents comme Fran\u00e7ois Mitterrand et Jacques Chirac, qui avaient su d\u00e9fendre les droits des Palestiniens face aux injustices.<\/p>\n

Accepter l\u2019impunit\u00e9 au nom d\u2019une amiti\u00e9 historique n\u2019est pas seulement un \u00e9chec moral. C\u2019est aussi une insulte \u00e0 l\u2019intelligence collective. Qui peut croire que cette indulgence envers Isra\u00ebl permet r\u00e9ellement de peser sur ses d\u00e9cisions ? Si N\u00e9tanyahou sait que quoi qu\u2019il fasse, il ne sera pas inqui\u00e9t\u00e9, pourquoi s\u2019arr\u00eaterait-il ? Cette immunit\u00e9 est un feu vert implicite pour continuer les colonisations, les expulsions, et les violations des droits humains.<\/p>\n

\n

Une France D\u00e9figur\u00e9e<\/h3>\n

Ce communiqu\u00e9 est une t\u00e2che sur le prestige de la France, autrefois per\u00e7ue comme une voix ind\u00e9pendante et courageuse sur la sc\u00e8ne internationale. En refusant de condamner fermement les actes de N\u00e9tanyahou, la France abandonne son r\u00f4le de d\u00e9fenseur du droit international. Au lieu d\u2019\u00eatre un exemple, elle devient complice par son silence et ses concessions. Cette attitude affaiblit \u00e9galement la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 morale de la CPI, qui devrait pourtant repr\u00e9senter l\u2019impartialit\u00e9 et la justice au-del\u00e0 des int\u00e9r\u00eats g\u00e9opolitiques.<\/p>\n

Comme le conclut Pascal Boniface, cette immunit\u00e9 est un permis de tuer, une trahison des principes fondamentaux du droit et de la morale. La France doit imp\u00e9rativement revenir sur ce communiqu\u00e9 et retrouver la clart\u00e9 de sa position. Sinon, elle continuera \u00e0 perdre ce qui faisait autrefois sa grandeur : la d\u00e9fense des droits et des principes universels.<\/p>\n
