Un \u00e9ni\u00e8me &#8220;succ\u00e8s diplomatique&#8221; en fanfare ?<\/p><p data-start=\"833\" data-end=\"883\">Il est temps de remettre les pendules \u00e0 l\u2019heure.<\/p><p data-start=\"833\" data-end=\"883\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"890\" data-end=\"1178\">Le sc\u00e9nario est bien r\u00f4d\u00e9 : un communiqu\u00e9 poli, un mot ambigu d\u2019un ministre \u00e9tranger, un \u00e9change commercial ou s\u00e9curitaire banal\u2026 et voil\u00e0 que la propagande officielle transforme cela en un soi-disant &#8220;changement historique&#8221;. On l\u2019a vu avec Trump, avec Macron, aujourd\u2019hui avec Londres.<\/p><p data-start=\"1180\" data-end=\"1454\"><em data-start=\"1180\" data-end=\"1219\">La v\u00e9rit\u00e9 est beaucoup plus triviale.<\/em> Ces prises de position de fa\u00e7ade rel\u00e8vent d\u2019accords de circonstance : marchandages commerciaux, \u00e9changes s\u00e9curitaires, chantage migratoire\u2026 rien de plus. Elles ne modifient en rien le droit international, ni le statut du territoire.<\/p><p data-start=\"1180\" data-end=\"1454\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"1461\" data-end=\"1526\">Ce qui p\u00e8se r\u00e9ellement dans ce dossier, ce sont trois acteurs :<\/p><p data-start=\"1528\" data-end=\"1689\">1\ufe0f\u20e3 <strong data-start=\"1532\" data-end=\"1553\">Les Nations Unies<\/strong>, dont la position est constante : le Sahara occidental reste un territoire non autonome, en attente de d\u00e9colonisation par r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum.<\/p><p data-start=\"1691\" data-end=\"1798\">2\ufe0f\u20e3 <strong data-start=\"1695\" data-end=\"1716\">L\u2019Union africaine<\/strong>, qui reconna\u00eet la R\u00e9publique sahraouie (RASD) comme \u00c9tat membre \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re.<\/p><p data-start=\"1800\" data-end=\"2012\">3\ufe0f\u20e3 <strong data-start=\"1804\" data-end=\"1840\">Les juridictions internationales<\/strong> : de la Cour internationale de justice \u00e0 la Cour de justice de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne, toutes ont confirm\u00e9 qu\u2019aucune souverainet\u00e9 marocaine n\u2019est reconnue sur ce territoire.<\/p><p data-start=\"1800\" data-end=\"2012\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"2019\" data-end=\"2134\">Pendant que Rabat amuse la galerie avec des &#8220;soutiens&#8221; en trompe-l\u2019\u0153il, la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 sur le terrain ne change pas :<\/p><p data-start=\"2136\" data-end=\"2335\">\ud83d\udc49 Le peuple sahraoui existe, il r\u00e9siste.<br data-start=\"2177\" data-end=\"2180\" \/>\ud83d\udc49 La RASD si\u00e8ge toujours \u00e0 l\u2019Union africaine.<br data-start=\"2226\" data-end=\"2229\" \/>\ud83d\udc49 Aucun \u00c9tat majeur ni aucune instance internationale ne reconna\u00eet la pr\u00e9tendue souverainet\u00e9 marocaine.<\/p><p data-start=\"2136\" data-end=\"2335\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"2337\" data-end=\"2448\"><em data-start=\"2337\" data-end=\"2446\">En clair : tout cela est du vent, recycl\u00e9 en feuilleton m\u00e9diatique pour nourrir l\u2019illusion d\u2019une &#8220;avanc\u00e9e&#8221;.<\/em><\/p><p data-start=\"2337\" data-end=\"2448\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"2455\" data-end=\"2603\">Il faut aussi comprendre que cette propagande vise d\u2019abord <strong data-start=\"2514\" data-end=\"2549\">les esprits marocains eux-m\u00eames<\/strong> \u2014 et accessoirement \u00e0 saper le moral des Sahraouis.<\/p><p data-start=\"2605\" data-end=\"2807\">Mais l\u00e0 encore, c\u2019est peine perdue : le peuple sahraoui a tranch\u00e9 depuis 1976 en proclamant sa R\u00e9publique.
