Car ce type de discours ne construit pas, il s\u00e8me surtout le d\u00e9sespoir.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"435\" data-end=\"1059\">L\u2019Alg\u00e9rie n\u2019est pas dans le vide. Le dernier rapport du FMI le montre : malgr\u00e9 la fragilit\u00e9 budg\u00e9taire et la d\u00e9pendance aux hydrocarbures, l\u2019\u00e9conomie alg\u00e9rienne a enregistr\u00e9 une croissance non-hydrocarbures de 4,2 % en 2024, une inflation ramen\u00e9e de 9,3 % \u00e0 4 %, et des r\u00e9serves de change \u00e9quivalentes \u00e0 14 mois d\u2019importations. Voil\u00e0 des indicateurs qui t\u00e9moignent d\u2019une dynamique, certes incompl\u00e8te, mais bien r\u00e9elle. On pourrait citer d\u2019autres secteurs \u2014 infrastructures, \u00e9nergie, agriculture \u2014 pour montrer qu\u2019il existe des projets et des r\u00e9alisations. Dire qu\u2019il n\u2019y a \u201crien\u201d, c\u2019est occulter d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment ces avanc\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1061\" data-end=\"1532\">Et puis, oserait-il tenir le m\u00eame discours sur d\u2019autres r\u00e9gions du monde ? La France et l\u2019Europe, englu\u00e9es dans des dettes abyssales, des crises sociales r\u00e9currentes, une incapacit\u00e9 \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser leurs fronti\u00e8res, est-ce \u201crien\u201d ? Le Moyen-Orient d\u00e9vast\u00e9 par les guerres, le Sahel pris dans le pi\u00e8ge du terrorisme, l\u2019\u00c9gypte \u00e9trangl\u00e9e par une crise \u00e9conomique dramatique \u2014 est-ce \u201crien\u201d ? Pourtant, personne ne dit que ces pays n\u2019ont pas de projet ou qu\u2019ils ne sont \u201crien\u201d.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1534\" data-end=\"1915\">Pourquoi donc choisir pour l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie une formule si d\u00e9sesp\u00e9rante, qui nie jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019existence d\u2019un projet ordinaire ? Pourquoi maintenant, au moment o\u00f9 le pr\u00e9sident appelle \u00e0 la vigilance contre les tra\u00eetres de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur, <strong data-start=\"1860\" data-end=\"1974\">et au moment o\u00f9 la France sioniste et les tra\u00eetres de l\u2019\u00e9tranger appellent \u00e0 un changement de \u201cr\u00e9gime\u201d \u00e0 Alger<\/strong> ?
