100vw, 282px\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Le ministre de l&#8217;Education nationale, Mohamed Ouadjaout a appel\u00e9 lundi les enseignants, \u00e0 se \u00abmobiliser\u00bb pour pr\u00e9server l\u2019Ecole alg\u00e9rienne, en assurant l\u2019enseignement aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves et en pr\u00e9servant leur s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et sant\u00e9, au vu de la propagation de la pand\u00e9mie de Covid-19.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans un message adress\u00e9 aux enseignants \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de leur journ\u00e9e, c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9e le 5 octobre de chaque ann\u00e9e, Ouadjaout a soulign\u00e9 l&#8217;imp\u00e9rative \u00abmobilisation des enseignants pour l\u2019Ecole alg\u00e9rienne et pour nos g\u00e9n\u00e9rations montantes, dans un contexte marqu\u00e9 par la propagation de cette pand\u00e9mie qui ne cesse de prendre des vies&#8221;, ajoutant que la prochaine ann\u00e9e scolaire (2020-2021) sera \u00abl\u2019une des plus difficiles\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>A cette occasion, Ouadjaout a mis l\u2019accent sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de garantir l\u2019enseignement aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves, apr\u00e8s une interruption de plusieurs mois, tout en veillant \u00e0 la pr\u00e9servation de leur s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et sant\u00e9 ainsi que celles des personnels p\u00e9dagogiques et administratifs les encadrant, dans le respect \u00abstrict\u00bb des mesures pr\u00e9ventives \u00e9nonc\u00e9es dans le protocole sanitaire \u00e9labor\u00e9 par le minist\u00e8re et adopt\u00e9 par le Comit\u00e9 scientifique relevant du minist\u00e8re de la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Rendant hommage aux milliers d\u2019enseignants du secteur de l\u2019Education nationale, le ministre a mis en avant \u00able d\u00e9vouement et l&#8217;abn\u00e9gation\u00bb des enseignants dans la formation des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, en d\u00e9pit des difficult\u00e9s, faisant preuve \u00abd\u2019un haut sens des responsabilit\u00e9s et de conscience professionnelle tout au long de cette ann\u00e9e exceptionnelle sur tous les plans, en raison de la pand\u00e9mie inattendue du nouveau coronavirus qui n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 notre adaptation.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le m\u00eame contexte, le premier responsable du secteur a lou\u00e9 les efforts des enseignants qui se sont &#8220;port\u00e9s volontaires&#8221; au cours de la derni\u00e8re p\u00e9riode pour dispenser des cours \u00e0 distance et encadrer ensuite les candidats aux examens du BEM et du baccalaur\u00e9at, en se mettant en isolation totale du monde ext\u00e9rieur jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 la fin de ces deux examens.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Vous vous \u00eates mobilis\u00e9s pour assurer la continuit\u00e9 des cours, m\u00eame si c&#8217;\u00e9tait \u00e0 distance, mais \u00e9galement pour mener les examens \u00e0 bien, et c\u2019est le cas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Pour tout cela, je vous dis merci \u00e0 vous les \u00e9ducateurs&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A cette occasion, le ministre a soulign\u00e9 l&#8217;importance de la c\u00e9l\u00e9bration de cette Journ\u00e9e mondiale, &#8220;qui nous rappelle la valeur de l&#8217;\u00e9ducation et l&#8217;importance de construire un syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif qui encourage la r\u00e9ussite, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la conscientisation de l&#8217;\u00e9ducation dispens\u00e9e, outre la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019\u0153uvrer pour cr\u00e9er un environnement scolaire favorisant l&#8217;innovation&#8221;, ajoutant que cette Journ\u00e9e se voulait l&#8217;occasion pour &#8220;rendre hommage avec d\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 tous les enseignantes et enseignants du secteur, qui rel\u00e8vent quotidiennement de nombreux d\u00e9fis pour \u00e9duquer nos enfants dans des situations souvent compliqu\u00e9es et difficiles&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Il a \u00e9galement salu\u00e9 les efforts des enseignants pour &#8220;assurer l&#8217;\u00e9ducation de nos enfants, en leur inculquant l\u2019amour d&#8217;apprendre et en d\u00e9veloppant leurs aptitudes et comp\u00e9tences pour leur permettre de jouer un r\u00f4le positif dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et de contribuer \u00e0 son progr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>Au moment o\u00f9 la connaissance est devenue un facteur fondamental de production dans l&#8217;\u00e9conomie mondiale et une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence essentielle dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, nous sommes appel\u00e9s constamment \u00e0 actualiser les connaissances, notamment en ce qui concerne les technologies de l&#8217;information et de la communication (TIC), a-t-il soutenu, appelant les enseignants \u00e0 accompagner le minist\u00e8re et \u00e0 le soutenir dans ses efforts pour &#8220;optimiser le rendement du syst\u00e8me
