Connu sous le nom commercial \u00ab Sirghaz \u00bb, il est tr\u00e8s peu polluant et \u00e9conomique. Pour aller plus vite, le pays va ouvrir le secteur aux priv\u00e9s afin d\u2019all\u00e9ger la compagnie publique Naftal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"texte textearticle\">Dimanche 4 avril,\u00a0l\u2019Agence nationale alg\u00e9rienne pour la promotion et la rationalisation de l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019\u00e9nergie (APRUE) a lanc\u00e9 deux appels \u00e0 manifestation d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats nationaux ouverts portant sur la s\u00e9lection d\u2019installateurs de syst\u00e8mes GPL carburant (GPL\/c) en vue de participer au programme sectoriel de conversion.<\/p>\n<p class=\"texte textearticle\">Le premier avis d\u2019appel d&#8217;offres pour le compte du minist\u00e8re de la Transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et des Energies renouvelables entre dans le cadre de la mise en \u0153uvre de la tranche annuelle 2018 (50\u00a0000 v\u00e9hicules) du programme national de la ma\u00eetrise de l\u2019\u00e9nergie relatif au secteur du transport. Le second, pour sa part, intervient dans le cadre de la mise en \u0153uvre de la tranche annuelle 2019 du m\u00eame programme et vise \u00e0 la s\u00e9lection d\u2019installateurs de syst\u00e8mes GPL\/c pour la conversion de 100\u00a0000 v\u00e9hicules. La date limite des deux appels d\u2019offres est fix\u00e9e au 4 mai 2021.<\/p>\n<p class=\"texte textearticle\">Le GPL-c est un m\u00e9lange de butane et de propane \u00e0 des proportions normalis\u00e9es, distribu\u00e9 en Alg\u00e9rie depuis 1983 par Naftal, l&#8217;entreprise publique en charge de la distribution des produits p\u00e9troliers. L\u2019absence de plomb, de benz\u00e8ne et de soufre dans le \u00ab\u00a0Sirghaz\u00a0\u00bb en fait un carburant tr\u00e8s peu polluant et \u00e9conomique. Selon les derni\u00e8res statistiques du Commissariat aux \u00e9nergies renouvelables et \u00e0 l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique (CEREFE), le taux annuel moyen de 90\u00a0000 conversions de v\u00e9hicules au GPL-c m\u00e9rite d\u2019\u00eatre significativement augment\u00e9 en ouvrant le secteur \u00e0 plus d\u2019installateurs agr\u00e9\u00e9s. En 2019, selon Naftal, le pays comptait pr\u00e8s de 150 centres de conversion, ainsi que 796 stations-service commercialisant ce carburant. Au mois de d\u00e9cembre 2019, le pays avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 converti 490\u00a0000 v\u00e9hicules.<\/p>\n<p class=\"texte textearticle\">L\u2019Etat s\u2019est \u00e9galement engag\u00e9\u00a0\u00e0 convertir au \u00ab\u00a0Sirghaz\u00a0\u00bb toutes les voitures du secteur public.
