{"id":16879,"date":"2021-05-15T04:18:40","date_gmt":"2021-05-15T09:18:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jazairhope.org\/?p=16879"},"modified":"2021-05-15T04:18:40","modified_gmt":"2021-05-15T09:18:40","slug":"une-revision-globale-des-methodes-d-enseignement-de-l-histoire-pour-la-preservation-de-la-memoire-nationale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jazairhope.org\/fr\/une-revision-globale-des-methodes-d-enseignement-de-l-histoire-pour-la-preservation-de-la-memoire-nationale\/","title":{"rendered":"Une-revision-globale-des-methodes-d-enseignement-de-l-histoire-pour-la-preservation-de-la-memoire-nationale"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"itemIntroText col-xs-hidden  selectionShareable\">\n<p><strong>ALGER &#8211; Des professeurs universitaires ont appel\u00e9 \u00e0 &#8220;une r\u00e9vision globale&#8221; des m\u00e9thodes d&#8217;enseignement de l&#8217;histoire de l&#8217;Alg\u00e9rie dans le souci de garantir la pr\u00e9servation de la m\u00e9moire nationale pour le renforcement du front interne notamment \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re des d\u00e9fis r\u00e9gionaux et internationaux auxquels fait face le pays.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"itemFullText selectionShareable\">\n<p>Dans une d\u00e9claration \u00e0 l&#8217;APS, le professeur d&#8217;histoire \u00e0 l&#8217;universit\u00e9 d&#8217;Alger 2, Saliha Alama, a estim\u00e9 que cette r\u00e9vision tend \u00e0 utiliser les technologies de l&#8217;information et de la communication (TIC) dans l&#8217;enseignement de cette mati\u00e8re qui constitue &#8220;l&#8217;\u00e2me de la Nation et une source d&#8217;inspiration dans une \u00e9poque de d\u00e9fis visant \u00e0 effacer les fondements de l&#8217;identit\u00e9 nationale&#8221;.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em><strong>Dans l&#8217;objectif de contrer ces tentatives, la m\u00eame intervenante a insist\u00e9 sur l&#8217;imp\u00e9ratif d&#8217;adopter des m\u00e9thodes modernes en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;enseignement de l&#8217;histoire dans tous les cycles \u00e9ducatifs et de mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9 la narration des \u00e9v\u00e8nements historiques et la m\u00e9morisation dans l&#8217;\u00e9valuation des \u00e9l\u00e8ves et des \u00e9tudiants.<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Pour sa part, le professeur Belhafsi Ghania (d\u00e9partement d&#8217;histoire \u00e0 l&#8217;universit\u00e9 d&#8217;Alger 2) a plaid\u00e9 pour &#8220;l&#8217;\u00e9laboration d&#8217;un guide d&#8217;enseignement de l&#8217;histoire contenant des m\u00e9thodes modernes devant simplifier les \u00e9v\u00e8nements historiques notamment pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves du cycle primaire, outre l&#8217;organisation de sorties sur terrain pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves et les \u00e9tudiants au niveau des sites historiques ayant abrit\u00e9 des \u00e9v\u00e8nements nationaux et des mus\u00e9es nationaux&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionSharer\">La m\u00eame intervenante a sugg\u00e9r\u00e9, en outre, la programmation de rencontres p\u00e9riodiques entre les acteurs de l&#8217;histoire nationale (moudjahidine) et la famille de l&#8217;Education afin de renforcer le principe des r\u00e9cits oraux dans l&#8217;enseignement de l&#8217;histoire et leur exploitation dans l&#8217;\u00e9criture de l&#8217;histoire \u00e0 m\u00eame de pr\u00e9server la m\u00e9moire nationale, plaidant pour le renforcement de la place de l&#8217;enseignement de l&#8217;histoire \u00e0 travers l&#8217;augmentation du coefficient de cette mati\u00e8re notamment dans les cycles moyen et secondaire.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionSharer\">Elle a appel\u00e9, dans un contexte li\u00e9, \u00e0 l&#8217;imp\u00e9ratif d&#8217;engager une r\u00e9flexion pour l&#8217;\u00e9laboration d&#8217;un programme national en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;\u00e9criture de l&#8217;histoire nationale, et ce, dans l&#8217;objectif de d\u00e9finir les termes et les terminologies, notamment celles ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9es par l&#8217;occupant fran\u00e7ais et qui sont de nature \u00e0 avoir un impact sur la nature des v\u00e9rit\u00e9s historiques.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionSharer\">A ce propos, la m\u00eame intervenante a cit\u00e9, \u00e0 titre d&#8217;exemple, les \u00e9v\u00e8nements du 8 mai 1945 que l&#8217;occupant fran\u00e7ais a qualifi\u00e9 de simples &#8220;incidents distincts&#8221; ayant touch\u00e9 trois wilayas du pays. En v\u00e9rit\u00e9, ces \u00e9v\u00e8nements \u00e9taient plut\u00f4t &#8220;des massacres et des g\u00e9nocides&#8221; selon les t\u00e9moignages des militaires fran\u00e7ais qui avaient re\u00e7u pour ordre d&#8217;\u00e9liminer tout ce qui est alg\u00e9rien.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionSharer\">De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, la pr\u00e9sidente de l&#8217;Association de lutte contre la pens\u00e9e coloniale, Me Benbraham Fatma Zahra avait pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que la France avait proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;utilisation de termes erron\u00e9s qui d\u00e9forment la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 dans ses \u00e9critures sur la p\u00e9riode coloniale en Alg\u00e9rie, dans le but de d\u00e9naturer l&#8217;histoire, se soustraire \u00e0 ses responsabilit\u00e9s face aux crimes odieux perp\u00e9tr\u00e9s contre le peuple alg\u00e9rien et \u00e9chapper aux sanctions pr\u00e9vues par le Droit international, notamment la loi du 17 juillet 1998.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionSharer\">Elle a en outre ajout\u00e9 que le terme &#8220;guerre d&#8217;Alg\u00e9rie&#8221; est &#8220;erron\u00e9&#8221; car la guerre oppose deux pays ind\u00e9pendants avec un syst\u00e8me militaire qui les prot\u00e8gent, tandis que l&#8217;Alg\u00e9rie \u00e9tait colonis\u00e9e par la France qui a utilis\u00e9 la force et perp\u00e9tr\u00e9 les crimes les plus odieux \u00e0 l&#8217;encontre du peuple alg\u00e9rien sans d\u00e9fense, outre le fait de qualifier les Moudjahidine de terroristes et d&#8217;autres termes qu&#8217;il faut corriger \u00e0 travers la mise en place d&#8217;une plateforme solide sur laquelle \u0153uvrent en m\u00eame temps les historiens et les avocats.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionSharer\">\n<h2 class=\"selectionSharer\"><strong>Mettre \u00e0 profit les m\u00e9dias de masse dans l&#8217;enseignement de l&#8217;histoire<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"selectionSharer\">\n<p class=\"selectionSharer\">Parall\u00e8lement au n\u00e9cessaire d\u00e9veloppement des m\u00e9thodes d&#8217;enseignement de l&#8217;histoire nationale, des enseignants en sciences de l&#8217;information et de la communication ont insist\u00e9 sur l&#8217;imp\u00e9ratif de mettre \u00e0 profit les m\u00e9dias de masse et les r\u00e9seaux sociaux dans l&#8217;enseignement de l&#8217;histoire \u00e0 travers des contenus m\u00e9diatiques consacr\u00e9s aux pages glorieuses de l&#8217;histoire nationale, notamment \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re des d\u00e9fis actuels qui imposent \u00e0 tout un chacun de resserrer les rangs et de consolider la coh\u00e9sion sociale.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionSharer\">Se f\u00e9licitant du lancement de la cha\u00eene de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision publique &#8220;Edhakira&#8221; d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;histoire de l&#8217;Alg\u00e9rie, Hamza Fendouchi, enseignant \u00e0 l&#8217;Ecole nationale sup\u00e9rieure de journalisme et des sciences de l&#8217;information a mis l&#8217;accent sur l&#8217;importance de consacrer \u00e0 cette th\u00e9matique d&#8217;autres m\u00e9dias pour enrichir le paysage m\u00e9diatiques et, partant, contribuer \u00e0 la consolidation des \u00e9l\u00e9ments constitutifs de l&#8217;identit\u00e9 nationale par la pr\u00e9servation de la m\u00e9moire nationale et sa transmission aux g\u00e9n\u00e9rations montantes, et contrecarrer les vell\u00e9it\u00e9s de falsification de l&#8217;histoire nationale par des porte-voix \u00e0 la solde de certaines parties hostiles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionSharer\">Pour sa part, Adlene Zerrouk, enseignant \u00e0 la facult\u00e9 des sciences de l&#8217;information et de la communication de l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 Alger 3, a insist\u00e9 sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&#8217;utiliser les m\u00e9dias de masse et les r\u00e9seaux sociaux dans l&#8217;enseignement de l&#8217;histoire de mani\u00e8re innovante \u00e0 m\u00eame de susciter l&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat des jeunes afin d&#8217;\u00e9viter toute tentative d&#8217;instrumentalisation de ces outils.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionSharer\">Le lancement de la cha\u00eene de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision Edhakira a co\u00efncid\u00e9 avec le 66e anniversaire du d\u00e9clanchement de la glorieuse Guerre de lib\u00e9ration nationale. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e conform\u00e9ment aux instructions du pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, qui a &#8220;\u00e9rig\u00e9 le sujet de la m\u00e9moire en priorit\u00e9 nationale, voire en devoir sacr\u00e9&#8221; et qui, en concr\u00e9tisation de cette conviction, a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 &#8220;d&#8217;instituer le 8 mai de chaque ann\u00e9e Journ\u00e9e nationale de la m\u00e9moire, de lancer \u2018le programme de la m\u00e9moire nationale\u2019 et de cr\u00e9er une cha\u00eene de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la m\u00e9moire collective et \u00e0 l&#8217;histoire du peuple alg\u00e9rien&#8221;.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ALGER &#8211;
