2021<\/p>\n<p><strong>SETIF- L&#8217;Alg\u00e9rie a &#8220;franchi de grands pas en mati\u00e8re de prise en charge des h\u00e9mophiles&#8221;, a indiqu\u00e9 jeudi \u00e0 S\u00e9tif la sous-directrice charg\u00e9e des h\u00e9mophiles au minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9, de la Population et de la R\u00e9forme hospitali\u00e8re, Mme Fatiha Nadhir.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"itemFullText selectionShareable\">\n<p>Elle a soulign\u00e9 dans ce sens, au cours d\u2019une journ\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9tude et de sensibilisation tenue \u00e0 la salle des conf\u00e9rences du centre commercial Park Mall de S\u00e9tif, que le minist\u00e8re de tutelle adopte depuis 2018 une &#8221;strat\u00e9gie nationale de prophylaxie chez les h\u00e9mophiles ayant permis de leur assurer une \u00e9ducation th\u00e9rapeutique&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>La m\u00eame responsable a indiqu\u00e9 que l\u2019\u00e9ducation th\u00e9rapeutique de ces patients vise notamment \u00e0 leur permettre de garantir une certaine assiduit\u00e9 dans le respect du traitement (sous forme d\u2019injection) et de se prendre en charge eux-m\u00eames, notamment durant la pand\u00e9mie de la Covid-19 pendant laquelle la majorit\u00e9 des patients ne se rendaient plus aux h\u00f4pitaux&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Mme Nadhir a \u00e9galement ajout\u00e9 que l\u2019\u00e9volution de la prise en charge des h\u00e9mophiles en Alg\u00e9rie, depuis 2007, montre que le pays a consenti d\u2019\u00e9normes efforts dans ce domaine, soutenant que le pourcentage des m\u00e9dicaments destin\u00e9s aux h\u00e9mophiles repr\u00e9sente 8 % du total des m\u00e9dicaments .<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em><strong>Aussi, le budget consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 cette cat\u00e9gorie de patients durant l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2021 a \u00e9t\u00e9 multipli\u00e9 par 30 comparativement \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2007, a indiqu\u00e9 Mme Nadhir qui a soulign\u00e9 que l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie a adopt\u00e9 la strat\u00e9gie mondiale qui repose sur la prophylaxie visant \u00e0 \u00e9viter le saignement au niveau des articulations afin d\u2019\u00e9viter l\u2019infirmit\u00e9 motrice et en r\u00e9duire le taux chez les h\u00e9mophiles.<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La m\u00eame oratrice a assur\u00e9, en outre, qu\u2019il n\u2019y aucun manque dans les m\u00e9dicaments destin\u00e9s aux malades h\u00e9mophiles en Alg\u00e9rie.<\/p>\n<p>Elle a signal\u00e9, toutefois, la persistance de certaines insuffisances au niveau des zones d\u2019ombre \u00e0 travers toutes les wilayas du pays, ayant conduit \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un r\u00e9seau de soin des h\u00e9mophiles dans ces zones, faisant de tous les h\u00f4pitaux des structures de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour cette maladie.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><em>Selon Mme Nadhir, il y aura \u00e9galement une interactivit\u00e9 entre certaines structures sanitaires concernant le protocole th\u00e9rapeutique, les dossiers m\u00e9dicaux \u00e9lectroniques, la prise en charge des patients et l\u2019inscription de tous les m\u00e9decins sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s dans le traitement des patients atteints de cette maladie pour en assurer la formation.<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Cette manifestation scientifique initi\u00e9e par la Direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la pr\u00e9vention et de la promotion de la sant\u00e9, tenue sous le slogan &#8220;Adaptons nous au changement&#8221;, a donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 plusieurs communications sur &#8220;l\u2019\u00e9volution de la prophylaxie selon les directives nationales&#8221;, &#8220;mise en place du registre \u00e9lectronique de l\u2019h\u00e9mophile&#8221;, &#8220;l\u2019apport de l\u2019association nationale des h\u00e9mophiles dans l\u2019accompagnement et la prophylaxie chez l\u2019h\u00e9mophile \u00e0 domicile&#8221;, &#8220;proposition de circuit de prise en charge des enfants h\u00e9mophiles sous prophylaxie et projet de r\u00e9seau national&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Une table-ronde a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9e, \u00e0 l\u2019occasion, sur &#8220;le projet de r\u00e9seau national des h\u00e9mophiles, mod\u00e8le pratique et
