Les efforts d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s par l’Alg\u00e9rie pour promouvoir les \u00e9changes commerciaux avec les pays africains afin d’augmenter la valeur des exportations et de les diversifier ont \u00e9t\u00e9 soulign\u00e9s dans un article publi\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment par le quotidien congolais Les d\u00e9p\u00eaches de Brazzaville.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Intitul\u00e9 “Alg\u00e9rie : l’Etat octroie des facilit\u00e9s pour exporter sur les march\u00e9s africains”, cet article, paru le 16 septembre courant, a mis en avant les projets engag\u00e9s par le gouvernement alg\u00e9rien pour encourager les exportations hors hydrocarbures ainsi que les mesures de facilitation prises en faveur des op\u00e9rateurs \u00e9conomiques visant les march\u00e9s africains.
\nEvoquant le Salon \u00e9conomique destin\u00e9 au march\u00e9 africain tenu derni\u00e8rement dans la wilaya d’Adrar et qui a vu la participation de plus de cinquante op\u00e9rateurs, le quotidien a soulign\u00e9 que l’objectif des autorit\u00e9s alg\u00e9riennes reste celui de se d\u00e9ployer en Afrique et de booster les exportations vers le march\u00e9 continental.
\n“Cette d\u00e9cision (d\u00e9ploiement) peut se justifier par le record de revenus d’exportations hors hydrocarbures (trois milliards de dollars) en 2020”, a mentionn\u00e9 le journal.
\nDans le cadre de ce d\u00e9ploiement, l’Agence nationale de promotion du commerce ext\u00e9rieur et le Fonds sp\u00e9cial pour la promotion des exportations seront mis \u00e0 contribution, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 le m\u00e9dia congolais, tout en relevant que le transporteur alg\u00e9rien “Logitrans” qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera de la transsaharienne Alger-Lagos de 400 km en cours d’ach\u00e8vement sera engag\u00e9 \u00e0 aider les exportateurs en vue d’atteindre leurs pays cibles en Afrique.<\/p>\n

Des atouts historiques\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>et multiformes<\/strong><\/p>\n

La publication congolaise a abord\u00e9 les atouts “historiques et multiformes” dont dispose l’Alg\u00e9rie pour se positionner sur le march\u00e9 africain : “Dans les ann\u00e9es 1960 et 1970, Alger \u00e9tait le berceau des r\u00e9volutionnaires et des mouvements panafricains”, a-t-elle rappel\u00e9, en citant notamment des leaders des mouvements de lib\u00e9ration comme Nelson Mandela ou Che Guevara qui se rendaient \u00e0 Alger pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de soutiens id\u00e9ologique, logistique et financier, ainsi que de nombreux dirigeants africains ayant b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de formations en Alg\u00e9rie.
\nParmi les autres chantiers structurels engag\u00e9s par le gouvernement alg\u00e9rien en Afrique subsaharienne, le journal a cit\u00e9 la cr\u00e9ation d’un forum d’affaires panafricain, le renforcement des agences publiques d\u00e9di\u00e9es \u00e0 l’accompagnement \u00e0 l’export vers l’Afrique et la mise en place d’un syst\u00e8me bancaire panafricain.
\nIl a \u00e9galement \u00e9voqu\u00e9 le futur port de Cherchell et de Djen Djen qui pourraient devenir des hubs pour les \u00e9changes avec l’Asie et le point d’entr\u00e9e ou sortie de nombreuses marchandises avec l’Afrique, soit par voie maritime, soit par voie routi\u00e8re transsaharienne jusqu’\u00e0 Lagos. En am\u00e9liorant les corridors routiers et le fret a\u00e9rien, il est possible de se procurer des produits \u00e0 bas co\u00fbt et de les rendre plus accessibles.
