Intitul\u00e9 Mythe de la \u201cconsulaire\u201d. V\u00e9rit\u00e9 sur la mort de Jean Le Vacher, ce document, envoy\u00e9 aux chefs des gouvernements alg\u00e9rien et fran\u00e7ais, l\u00e8ve le voile sur la vie op\u00e9rationnelle de Baba Merzoug et sur son \u201cinculpation\u201d dans la mort du consul et vicaire apostolique Jean Le Vacher en 1683.<\/p>\n<p>Les raisons ayant pouss\u00e9 le Dr Boulbina \u00e0 \u201cenqu\u00eater\u201d sur ce symbole de la puissance alg\u00e9rienne, qui demeure \u201cotage\u201d des fran\u00e7ais dans la r\u00e9gion de Brest depuis le XIXe si\u00e8cle, sont \u201cla manipulation de la vie op\u00e9rationnelle de Baba Merzoug, de 1542 \u00e0 1830 (288 ans), presque trois si\u00e8cles, afin de justifier son rapt et sa d\u00e9portation\u201d et \u201cl\u2019inculpation de Baba Merzoug, d\u00e9sarm\u00e9, inoffensif, depuis 1666, accus\u00e9 d\u2019avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019arme du supplice du consul et vicaire apostolique Jean Le Vacher en 1683\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Des \u201cmystifications\u201d, dat\u00e9es du 5 juillet 1830, \u201c\u00e9manent de Victor-Guy Duperr\u00e9, amiral de la flotte fran\u00e7aise\u201d. Au sujet de sa dur\u00e9e de vie, l\u2019auteur de ce rapport signale que Baba Merzoug \u00e9tait au poste de combat de 1542-1666, soit une dur\u00e9e de service de 124 ans et non de 288 ans.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.liberte-algerie.com\/data\/upload\/19-ouv-Baba-Merzoug-dr.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u201cconserv\u00e9 pour la parade\u201d, selon les Feuillets d\u2019El-Djaza\u00efr, pour \u201cimpressionner par son gigantisme, pour perp\u00e9tuer le mythe d\u2019El-Jaza\u00efr-el-Mahroussa, aupr\u00e8s de la population et des marines \u00e9trang\u00e8res\u201d. \u00c0 cet effet, \u201cl\u2019amiral Duperr\u00e9 a d\u00e9couvert Baba Merzoug en 1830, rel\u00e9gu\u00e9 sous une vo\u00fbte\u201d, souligne-t-il.<\/p>\n<p>Au sujet de la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 sur la mort de Le Vacher, il indique qu\u2019\u201cen 1830 l\u2019amiral Duperr\u00e9, \u00e0 la recherche d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements sensationnels de courage et de bravoure, d\u00e9cide de consid\u00e9rer comme une prise de guerre un canon c\u00e9l\u00e8bre qui avait d\u00e9fendu par le pass\u00e9 la ville<br \/>\nd\u2019Alger des envahisseurs\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Alors, ce canon \u201cdevait donc \u00eatre transf\u00e9r\u00e9 en France et sa prise devait \u00eatre l\u00e9gitim\u00e9e par des faits susceptibles de soulever l\u2019approbation de ses compatriotes\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, \u201cil raconta en les pr\u00e9sentant comme r\u00e9els des faits imaginaires auxquels il finit par croire : ce canon aurait servi \u00e0 assassiner le p\u00e8re Jean Le Vacher. Il s\u2019attribua donc le r\u00f4le flatteur de d\u00e9fense de la m\u00e9moire nationale fran\u00e7aise et celui de la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de l\u2019objet ayant servi au d\u00e9lit\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Cit\u00e9 dans ce document, Farid Kacha, professeur \u00e9m\u00e9rite en psychiatrie et pr\u00e9sident de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 alg\u00e9rienne de psychiatrie, estime que cette \u201ctendance compulsive \u00e0 raconter des mensonges et \u00e0 inventer des histoires\u201d rel\u00e8ve de la mythomanie.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 noter qu\u2019\u00e0 travers cette d\u00e9marche le Dr Boulbina insiste sur le fait de n\u2019\u00eatre ni historien ni d\u00e9tective, mais \u201cmes ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents professionnels m\u2019ont amen\u00e9 \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier l\u2019enqu\u00eate journalistique et m\u00e9dico-l\u00e9gale \u00e0 la recherche de faits historiques av\u00e9r\u00e9s\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Et ces recherches men\u00e9es sont appuy\u00e9es par des documents d\u2019archives auxquels il a pu acc\u00e9der gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa rencontre avec Mgr Paul Desfarges, archev\u00eaque\u00a0d\u2019Alger. \u201cIl m\u2019a permis l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la documentation de l\u2019Archev\u00each\u00e9 et o\u00f9 j\u2019ai enfin trouv\u00e9 le chemin de la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 historique sur la mort du p\u00e8re Jean Le Vacher et sur la vie de Baba Merzoug\u201d, explique-t-il dans son rapport.<\/p>\n<p>Et l\u2019auteur de souligner : \u201cCe chemin \u00e9clair\u00e9 m\u2019a conduit \u00e0 Rome, \u00e0 Paris et \u00e0 Brest, via les archives, le net et les m\u00e9dias, qui m\u2019ont amen\u00e9 \u00e0 ausculter les \u00e9crits historiques, \u00e0 analyser, \u00e0 confronter les \u00e9tiologies et \u00e0 poser un diagnostic sur cette originale mystification historique.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Selon le Dr Boulbina, pour la m\u00e9moire du p\u00e8re Jean Le Vacher, homme de paix, pour l\u2019authentique histoire de Baba Merzoug, protecteur d\u2019El-Jaza\u00efr \u201cet apr\u00e8s 191 ans d\u2019insouciance, est venu le temps pour les historiens alg\u00e9riens, fran\u00e7ais et autres d\u2019ouvrir le proc\u00e8s en r\u00e9habilitation de la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 historique\u201d et son \u201cretour pour le 1er novembre 2021 en Alg\u00e9rie\u201d, esp\u00e8re-t-il.<br \/>\n<strong>H.
