{"id":32789,"date":"2021-10-08T08:03:13","date_gmt":"2021-10-08T08:03:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jazairhope.org\/?p=32789"},"modified":"2021-10-07T20:00:11","modified_gmt":"2021-10-07T20:00:11","slug":"lamamra-la-france-officielle-a-besoin-de-decoloniser-sa-propre-histoire","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jazairhope.org\/fr\/lamamra-la-france-officielle-a-besoin-de-decoloniser-sa-propre-histoire\/","title":{"rendered":"Lamamra : \u00abLa France officielle a besoin de d\u00e9coloniser sa propre histoire\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>La France officielle a besoin de d\u00e9coloniser sa\u00a0 \u00ab\u00a0propre histoire\u00a0\u00bb, afin de r\u00e9parer en urgence \u00a0\u00bb la faillite m\u00e9morielle qui est malheureusement\u00a0 interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelle chez certains nombre d\u2019acteurs de la vie politique fran\u00e7aise parfois au niveaux les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb, a indiqu\u00e9 mardi\u00a0 le ministre des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res et de la Communaut\u00e9 nationale \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger, Ramtane Lamamra depuis Bamako.<\/h4>\n<h5>\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Nos partenaires \u00e9trangers ont besoin de d\u00e9coloniser leurs propres histoires .Ils ont besoin de se lib\u00e9rer de certaines attitudes, de certains\u00a0 comportements, de certaines visions qui sont intrins\u00e8quement li\u00e9es \u00e0 la logique incoh\u00e9rente port\u00e9e par la pr\u00e9tendue mission civilisatrice de\u00a0 l\u2019occident qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 la couverture id\u00e9ologique, utilis\u00e9e pour essayer de faire passer le crime contre l\u2019humanit\u00e9 qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 la colonisation de\u00a0 l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie, la colonisation du Mali, la colonisation de tant de peuples africains\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le chef de la diplomatie alg\u00e9rienne \u00e0 l\u2019issue de son entretien avec le Premier ministre malien.<\/h5>\n<h5>\u00a0\u00a0\u00bb La d\u00e9colonisation qui doit s\u2019op\u00e9rer aujourd\u2019hui est une d\u00e9colonisation qui s\u2019annonce comme une priorit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 la \u00a0\u00bb faillite m\u00e9morielle que trahissent les propos tenus r\u00e9cemment sur l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie et le Mali\u00a0\u00bb par la France officielle.<\/h5>\n<h5>\u00a0Pour le chef de la diplomatie alg\u00e9rienne \u00a0\u00bb cette faillite m\u00e9morielle est malheureusement\u00a0 interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelle chez certains nombre d\u2019acteurs de la vie politique fran\u00e7aise parfois aux niveaux les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb.<\/h5>\n<h5><strong>\u00ab\u00a0Faillite m\u00e9morielle\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5>\u00ab\u00a0Cette faillite m\u00e9morielle, qui pousse les relations de la France officielle avec certains de nos pays dans des situations\u00a0 de crises\u00a0 malencontreuses, devrait pouvoir s\u2019assainir par le respect mutuel inconditionnel, respect de nos souverainet\u00e9s, respect de notre ind\u00e9pendance, et par des d\u00e9cisions et acceptation de partenariat sur une base de stricte \u00e9galit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, affirme le ministre.<\/h5>\n<h5>Lamamra rel\u00e8ve que\u00a0 dans les relations qu\u2019entretiennent l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie et le Mali avec la France, \u00a0\u00bb il n y a pas de cadeau, mais une logique de donner et de recevoir\u00a0\u00bb.<\/h5>\n<h5>Dans les relations\u00a0 avec le partenaire fran\u00e7ais \u00a0\u00bb il y a une logique de donner et de recevoir, il n y a pas de cadeaux, il n y a pas de front \u00e0 sens unique\u00a0\u00bb, enchaine Lamamra. Mais, \u00a0\u00bb ce qu\u2019il y a c\u2019est des int\u00e9r\u00eats strat\u00e9giques, des int\u00e9r\u00eats \u00e9conomiques, des int\u00e9r\u00eats bien compris qui ne peuvent durer, qui ne peuvent \u00eatre promus , qui ne peuvent\u00a0 se consolider et subir l\u2019 \u00e9preuve de la dur\u00e9e que dans le respect mutuel et l\u2019\u00e9quilibre des int\u00e9r\u00eats \u00ab\u00a0, pr\u00e9cise-t-il. Et d\u2019affirmer: \u00ab\u00a0c\u2019est pourquoi en tant que pays africains fortement attach\u00e9s \u00e0 notre ind\u00e9pendance nationale nous nous tenons aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du Mali fr\u00e8re et nous rappelons \u00e0 qui veut\u00a0 bien nous entendre et entendre la voix de la raison que l\u2019Afrique qui est le berceau de l\u2019humanit\u00e9, est \u00e9galement le tombeau du colonialisme et du racisme et la lutte de lib\u00e9ration nationale du peuple alg\u00e9rien a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de cette histoire et nous en sommes tr\u00e8s fiers\u00a0\u00bb.<\/h5>\n<h5>\u00a0Lamamra a effectu\u00e9 mardi une courte visite de travail au Mali en qualit\u00e9 d\u2019envoy\u00e9 sp\u00e9cial du Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, M.
