L&#8217;\u00e9quipe m\u00e9dicale et param\u00e9dicale du service chirurgie cardiovasculaire du CHUO a transplant\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s, en coop\u00e9ration avec Dr Allali, cardiologue alg\u00e9rien r\u00e9sidant en Allemagne, deux greffes de valves aortiques \u00e0 deux malades \u00e2g\u00e9s de 77 et 86 ans, a-t-on indiqu\u00e9 \u00e0 la cellule de communication de l&#8217;h\u00f4pital.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em><strong>Cette op\u00e9ration est b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour un grand nombre de malades qui ont un \u0153d\u00e8me aigu du poumon et qui ne peuvent pas subir une op\u00e9ration chirurgicale sur le c\u0153ur, compte tenu de son faible taux de r\u00e9ussite, \u00e0 cause de l&#8217;\u00e2ge, de l&#8217;incapacit\u00e9 de supporter l&#8217;anesth\u00e9sie ou de maladies chroniques, a-t-on soulign\u00e9.<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La technique d&#8217;implantation de la valve aortique \u00e0 travers le cath\u00e9ter ne pr\u00e9sente pas de danger pour les patients, m\u00eame les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019anesth\u00e9sie est conjoncturelle et le patient se r\u00e9veille rapidement, a-t-on rassur\u00e9, relevant que le succ\u00e8s des deux op\u00e9rations a incit\u00e9 le personnel m\u00e9dical \u00e0 programmer d&#8217;autres similaires \u00e0 l&#8217;avenir.<\/p>\n<p>14\/10\/2021 APS<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ORAN &#8211;
