ALGER – Le ministre de le Communication, Ammar Belhimer, a salu\u00e9 jeudi un regain “\u00e9vident” d’un panafricanisme “hostile” au cadre n\u00e9o-colonial qui r\u00e9gente la “Fran\u00e7afrique”.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

“Il y a, en effet, un regain \u00e9vident et salutaire de panafricanisme hostile au cadre n\u00e9o-colonial qui r\u00e9gente la \u2018Fran\u00e7afrique\u2019. Toute l’Afrique subsaharienne, l’Afrique de l’Ouest et Sahel notamment, ressent la pr\u00e9sence fran\u00e7aise comme une humiliation”, a indiqu\u00e9 M. Belhimer dans une interview accord\u00e9e \u00e0 l’agence de presse turque Anadolu.<\/p>\n

“Il semble bien que les rapports de domination-soumission post-ind\u00e9pendances qui se sont substitu\u00e9s aux rapports dominant-domin\u00e9 qui ont pr\u00e9valu \u00e0 l’\u00e9poque coloniale, arrivent bel et bien \u00e0 leur terme, au profit d’un partenariat plus \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 port\u00e9 par les nouveaux partenaires \u00e9mergents que sont la Turquie, la Chine et la Russie”, a-t-il ajout\u00e9.<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Invit\u00e9 \u00e0 analyser “l’affolement” de la France suite au rapprochement Alger-Bamako, le ministre de la Communication a indiqu\u00e9 que “la doctrine militaire fran\u00e7aise qui a projet\u00e9 l’op\u00e9ration barkhane au Mali, est inappropri\u00e9e, voire contre-productive”.<\/p>\n

Il a ajout\u00e9 que cette doctrine qui “pr\u00e9tend an\u00e9antir militairement les forces du terrorisme qui frappe la France (…), instaure une sorte de \u2018tutorat\u2019 qui m\u00e9prise les forces locales, r\u00e9duites \u00e0 des suppl\u00e9tifs pour la protection des sources d’uranium n\u00e9cessaires au complexe nucl\u00e9aire fran\u00e7ais”.<\/p>\n

Pour lui, “si l’intention \u00e9tait noble, ces moyens colossaux d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s auraient constitu\u00e9 un atout pour le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique, social et culturel du Mali”, ce qu’il consid\u00e8re comme “la seule r\u00e9ponse durable \u00e0 l’extr\u00e9misme et \u00e0 l’obscurantisme si tant est qu’ils constituent une pr\u00e9occupation r\u00e9elle pour la France”.<\/p>\n

Par ailleurs, en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 une question sur l’\u00e9tat de la coop\u00e9ration alg\u00e9rio-turque et ses perspectives, M. Belhimer a indiqu\u00e9 que “les relations alg\u00e9ro-turques n’ont cess\u00e9 de se d\u00e9velopper, particuli\u00e8rement depuis le d\u00e9but du si\u00e8cle”, ajoutant que “ce d\u00e9veloppement s’inscrit dans une sorte de partenariat d’exception qui, en tr\u00e8s peu de temps, propulsa la Turquie au rang de 5\u00e8me partenaire commercial et de premier investisseur \u00e9tranger en Alg\u00e9rie”.<\/p>\n

Il a rappel\u00e9 que ces relations trouvent leur source dans “une histoire commune” entre les deux pays qui “contrairement aux lectures erron\u00e9es qui sont faites par certains, ne s’inscrit nullement dans ce qui est pr\u00e9tendu \u00eatre \u2018une colonisation ottomane\u2019”.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
