{"id":35262,"date":"2021-11-05T08:00:47","date_gmt":"2021-11-05T08:00:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jazairhope.org\/?p=35262"},"modified":"2021-11-03T19:58:37","modified_gmt":"2021-11-03T19:58:37","slug":"six-grands-constructeurs-automobiles-veulent-investir-en-algerie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jazairhope.org\/fr\/six-grands-constructeurs-automobiles-veulent-investir-en-algerie\/","title":{"rendered":"Six grands constructeurs automobiles veulent investir en Alg\u00e9rie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Six (6) constructeurs automobiles ont d\u00e9pos\u00e9 des demandes aupr\u00e8s du minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Industrie pour investir en Alg\u00e9rie, a fait savoir mercredi un responsable au minist\u00e8re.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans un entretien accord\u00e9 \u00e0 une cha\u00eene de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision priv\u00e9e, le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 industrielle au minist\u00e8re, Abdelaziz Guend, a indiqu\u00e9 que le d\u00e9partement de l\u2019Industrie avait re\u00e7u \u00ab\u00a0six (6) industriels souhaitant investir en Alg\u00e9rie auxquels on a donn\u00e9 toutes les explications n\u00e9cessaires, notamment nos ambitions pour parvenir \u00e0 une industrie nationale forte\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Les investisseurs dans ce cr\u00e9neau sont les bienvenus en Alg\u00e9rie \u00e0 condition de porter des projets productifs et pourvoyeurs de postes d\u2019emploi\u00a0\u00bb, selon le principe \u00ab\u00a0gagnant-gagnant\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il ajout\u00e9, affirmant que cette position a \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9e \u00e0 toutes les repr\u00e9sentations diplomatiques qui ont contact\u00e9 le minist\u00e8re pour s\u2019informer sur la politique alg\u00e9rienne en la mati\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Le DG de la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 industrielle qui a refus\u00e9 de r\u00e9v\u00e9ler l\u2019identit\u00e9 des constructeurs, a soulign\u00e9 que l\u2019investissement dans l\u2019industrie automobile en Alg\u00e9rie ne sera pas l\u2019apanage d\u2019une nationalit\u00e9 ou d\u2019une cat\u00e9gorie, le plus important \u00e9tant de respecter l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie et celui des consommateurs.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le m\u00eame contexte, il a soulign\u00e9 que la commission charg\u00e9e du traitement des demandes d\u2019investissement ne s\u2019est pas encore r\u00e9unie pour examiner les dossiers de ces constructeurs. Concernant l\u2019importation de v\u00e9hicules, M. Guend a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que le comit\u00e9 technique interminist\u00e9riel charg\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9tude et du suivi des dossiers relatifs \u00e0 l\u2019activit\u00e9 des concessionnaires de v\u00e9hicules neufs, a rejet\u00e9 19 dossiers sur 27 \u00e9tudi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Le comit\u00e9 en question a tenu \u00e0 ce jour 30 r\u00e9unions, \u00e9tudi\u00e9 27 dossiers et en a rejet\u00e9 19 car non remplissant les conditions, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 le m\u00eame responsable, relevant que ces rejets peuvent faire l\u2019objet d\u2019un recours aupr\u00e8s de la commission sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Interrog\u00e9 sur la \u00ab\u00a0lenteur de l\u2019op\u00e9ration de traitement des demandes\u00a0\u00bb, M. Guend dira que la commission comp\u00e9tente proc\u00e8de \u00e0 une v\u00e9rification minutieuse des pi\u00e8ces d\u00e9pos\u00e9es et des d\u00e9clarations des titulaires de dossiers, outre l\u2019ajournement de nombreuses s\u00e9ances de travail, situation sanitaire oblige.<\/p>\n<p>Concernant l\u2019importation de voitures d\u2019occasion de moins de trois ans, le directeur a rappel\u00e9 que la loi le permet clairement, la mise en \u0153uvre de la proc\u00e9dure n\u00e9cessitant toutefois la promulgation d\u2019un texte r\u00e9glementaire, en cours d\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019ailleurs. Sur la possibilit\u00e9 de commencer l\u2019importation de ce type de v\u00e9hicules au courant de 2022, M.
