Voici les d\u00e9tails, ce 17 novembre 2021<\/p>\n<p>Au milieu d\u2019une situation tendue avec la France, le gouvernement alg\u00e9rien d\u00e9cide de diversifier ses fournisseurs, \u00e0 savoir se tourner vers la Russie pour importer du bl\u00e9 sur son march\u00e9. Devenu possible gr\u00e2ce aux mises \u00e0 jour du cahier des charges de l\u2019importation de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, la Cinqui\u00e8me R\u00e9publique pourrait bien perdre sa place d\u2019important exportateur de cette mati\u00e8re vers notre pays.<\/p>\n<p>Selon des \u00ab sources officielles \u00bb cit\u00e9es par\u00a0Ennahar, la d\u00e9cision de modifier le cahier des charges sus-cit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 avoir de nouveaux partenaires. C\u2019est-\u00e0-dire permettre \u00e0 l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie de s\u2019ouvrir sur les march\u00e9s d\u2019Europe de l\u2019Est. Mais \u00e9galement pour se d\u00e9faire de l\u2019h\u00e9g\u00e9monie et du monopole fran\u00e7ais, a-t-on expliqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le d\u00e9tail, le changement apport\u00e9 comprend l\u2019assouplissement du pourcentage de la qualit\u00e9 du bl\u00e9 porteur d\u2019insectes de \u00ab 0,5 \u00bb \u00e0 \u00ab 1 \u00bb.
