Guerre d\u2019Alg\u00e9rie : la France veut \u00ab\u00a0faire l\u2019inventaire\u00a0\u00bb du pass\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n

Alger et Paris sont loin d\u2019\u00eatre en lune de miel ces derni\u00e8res semaines. Depuis les d\u00e9clarations du pr\u00e9sident Macron, o\u00f9 il avait remis en cause l\u2019existence de l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie en tant que nation avant la colonisation fran\u00e7aise, un d\u00e9bat sur l\u2019histoire a fait entrer les relations entre les deux pays dans un v\u00e9ritable flou diplomatique.<\/p>\n

Si en Alg\u00e9rie la r\u00e9ponse a \u00e9t\u00e9 nette et tranchante, en rappelant l\u2019ambassadeur et fermant de l\u2019espace a\u00e9rien alg\u00e9rien aux avions militaires fran\u00e7ais, du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00c9lys\u00e9e, les appels \u00e0 l\u2019apaisement n\u2019ont pas tard\u00e9 \u00e0 faire surface, faisant \u00e9tat des\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0regrets\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0exprim\u00e9s par le pr\u00e9sident Macron.<\/p>\n

D\u2019autres hauts responsables fran\u00e7ais ont essay\u00e9 de calmer le jeu. C\u2019est le cas de Jean-Yves le Drian, qui a appel\u00e9 derni\u00e8rement \u00e0 panser les\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0blessures m\u00e9morielles\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0et \u00e0 b\u00e2tir\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0un solide partenariat entre la France et l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n

Aujourd\u2019hui, la France revient \u00e0 la charge via son premier ministre, Jean Castex, qui, dans un entretien accord\u00e9 au mensuel\u00a0Historia,\u00a0<\/em>s\u2019est pench\u00e9 sur la probl\u00e9matique de la guerre d\u2019Alg\u00e9rie, mais surtout sur les solutions qui pourraient permettre au deux pays de d\u00e9passer ce \u00ab\u00a0pass\u00e9 commun\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n

Jean Castex appelle \u00e0 la\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0lucidit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Selon le premier fran\u00e7ais, \u00ab l\u2018histoire nous enseigne que le repli sur soi n\u2019est jamais la solution <\/em>\u00bb. Jean Castex, livrant sa vision de l\u2019histoire de la France, indique que cette derni\u00e8re est \u00ab\u00a0un socle de valeurs, parmi lesquelles le respect et l\u2019int\u00e9gration\u00a0\u00bb.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Le Haut responsable fran\u00e7ais a \u00e9galement expliqu\u00e9 que \u00a0\u00ab La nation, c\u2019est un croisement, et non une puret\u00e9 <\/em>\u00bb. Et comme l\u2019Histoire de la France n\u2019a pas manqu\u00e9 de se croiser avec celle de l’Alg\u00e9rie, Jean Castex n\u2019a pas manqu\u00e9 lui non plus de s’exprimer sur la guerre d\u2019Alg\u00e9rie, la qualifiant de \u00ab\u00a0pass\u00e9 commun\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, entre l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie et a France.<\/p>\n

\u00ab On ne peut pas se r\u00e9concilier si on n\u2019est pas lucide sur ce qui s\u2019est pass\u00e9 <\/em>\u00bb, d\u00e9clare Jean Castex, qui ajoute que la guerre d\u2019Alg\u00e9rie. \u00ab C\u2019est notre pass\u00e9 commun, avec ses parts de drames, de malheur, mais aussi de bonheur, de r\u00e9ussites, ses parts de m\u00e9langes et d\u2019\u00e9changes \u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n

Alors que la crise entre l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie et la France s\u2019enlise, Jean Castex lui trouve qu\u2019\u00ab <\/em>il faut en faire l\u2019inventaire, et non pas le jugement\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0<\/em>tout en ajoutant qu\u2019il faut s\u2019\u00e9loigner de\u00a0\u00ab la simplification et la d\u00e9magogie \u00bb, <\/em>ainsi que de \u00ab la nostalgie \u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n

Alg\u00e9rie \u2013 France : un conflit \u00ab\u00a0sur l\u2019histoire\u00a0\u00bb ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Macron est all\u00e9 sur un terrain qui n\u2019\u00e9tait pas le sien, s\u2019accorde \u00e0 dire plusieurs observateurs de l\u2019actualit\u00e9 en France. En parlant du pass\u00e9 de l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie, de son histoire, Macron a donn\u00e9 le la \u00e0 une crise diplomatique entre les deux pays qui est encore instrumentalis\u00e9e en France comme en Alg\u00e9rie.<\/p>\n

Macron a notamment remis en cause l\u2019existence de l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie en tant que nation avant la colonisation fran\u00e7aise, une d\u00e9claration qui lui a valu la fermeture de l\u2019espace a\u00e9rien alg\u00e9rien aux avions fran\u00e7ais. Suite \u00e0 cela, plusieurs appels \u00e0 l\u2019apaisement ont \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9s par des responsables fran\u00e7ais, tandis qu\u2019\u00e0 Alger, c\u2019est le silence radio.<\/p>\n

Cependant, la crise n\u2019est pas pass\u00e9e sans \u00eatre instrumentalis\u00e9e par la droite fran\u00e7aise dans le cadre des prochaines \u00e9lections pr\u00e9sidentielles, et ce, afin d\u2019\u00e9pingler le pr\u00e9sident Macron. En Alg\u00e9rie, les islamistes se sont saisis de cette opportunit\u00e9 afin d\u2019en user comme d\u2019une arme qui leur garantirait l\u2019oreille des citoyens pendant leurs campagnes pour les \u00e9lections locales.<\/p>\n
