ALGER – La loi de Finance 2022 adopt\u00e9e jeudi par le Conseil de la nation, pr\u00e9voit l’institution d’une allocation ch\u00f4mage au profit des ch\u00f4meurs demandeurs d’emploi pour la premi\u00e8re fois inscrits aupr\u00e8s des services de l’Agence nationale de l’emploi (ANEM).<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Selon l’article 189 de la LF 2022,”il est institu\u00e9 une allocation ch\u00f4mage au profit des ch\u00f4meurs demandeurs d’emploi inscrits aupr\u00e8s des services de l’ANEM”.<\/p>\n

Le Premier ministre, ministre des Finances, A\u00efmene Benabderrahmane, a indiqu\u00e9, \u00e0 l’issue du vote sur le projet de loi de finance 2022, que cette allocation, d\u00e9cid\u00e9e par le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, “sera destin\u00e9e aux jeunes ch\u00f4meurs primo-demandeurs d’emploi, \u00e2g\u00e9s entre 19 et 40 ans”.<\/p>\n

M. Benabderrahman a ajout\u00e9 que les conditions, les modalit\u00e9s et le montant de cette allocation, ainsi que les engagements des b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires seront fix\u00e9s par voie r\u00e9glementaire.<\/p>\n

Cette mesure exprime la volont\u00e9 de l’Etat \u00e0 soutenir et accompagner la frange des ch\u00f4meurs primo-demandeurs d’emploi sans revenu, en leur assurant le minimum d’une vie d\u00e9cente \u00e0 travers un revenu susceptible de subvenir \u00e0 leurs besoins de base, durant la phase de recherche d’un emploi.<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

De leur part, les s\u00e9nateurs et les d\u00e9put\u00e9s de l’APN ont salu\u00e9 lors des d\u00e9bats autour de la LF 2022 cette mesure, estimant qu’elle “conforte le caract\u00e8re social de l’Etat”.<\/p>\n
