ALGER- L’envoy\u00e9 sp\u00e9cial charg\u00e9 de la question du Sahara occidental et des pays du Maghreb, Amar Belani, a qualifi\u00e9 dimanche de “manipulation grossi\u00e8re” et d'”\u00e9ni\u00e8me supercherie” du Maroc, la pr\u00e9tendue nouvelle carte incluant le territoire occup\u00e9 du Sahara occidental, que le secr\u00e9tariat de la Ligue arabe aurait adopt\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

“Poursuivant, avec une rare constance, leur entreprise de manipulation grossi\u00e8re et leur propagande mensong\u00e8re en relation avec la tenue du prochain Sommet arabe, pr\u00e9vu en mars prochain \u00e0 Alger, des sources officielles marocaines, via leur caisse de r\u00e9sonance officielle (l’agence MAP), ont mobilis\u00e9 leurs relais (y compris quelques mercenaires alg\u00e9riens bien connus) au sujet d\u2019une pr\u00e9tendue nouvelle carte incluant le territoire occup\u00e9 du Sahara occidental, que le secr\u00e9tariat de la Ligue arabe aurait adopt\u00e9e tout r\u00e9cemment”, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. Belani \u00e0 l’APS.<\/p>\n

Il a soulign\u00e9 que les m\u00e9dias marocains, “intoxiqu\u00e9s” par les officiels de leur pays, se retrouvent pris “au pi\u00e8ge d\u2019un mensonge \u00e9hont\u00e9 qu\u2019il est facile de d\u00e9construire pour mettre \u00e0 nu cette \u00e9ni\u00e8me supercherie”.<\/p>\n

Dans ce sens, M. Belani a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que cette carte unifi\u00e9e, qui ne mentionne pas les fronti\u00e8res des Etats membres, “n\u2019est pas nouvelle et elle a toujours figur\u00e9 sur le site officiel de la Ligue des Etats arabes”, ajoutant que cette m\u00eame cartographie sans sp\u00e9cification des fronti\u00e8res des Etats membres “avait \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9e en son temps par l\u2019Union du Maghreb arabe”.<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Le diplomate a rappel\u00e9 qu’apr\u00e8s la protestation “\u00e9nergique” de la repr\u00e9sentation alg\u00e9rienne, suite \u00e0 la publication “inacceptable” par l\u2019Organisation des femmes arabes au Caire d\u2019une carte englobant le Sahara occidental, “le secr\u00e9tariat de la Ligue arabe a adress\u00e9 une note enjoignant \u00e0 tous les organes et organisations activant sous sa tutelle de reprendre la seule carte officielle reconnue par la Ligue des Etats arabes, et qui fait l\u2019objet d\u2019un consensus, c’est-\u00e0-dire celle qui ne mentionne pas les fronti\u00e8res des Etats membres”.<\/p>\n

“Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une mystification qui consiste \u00e0 d\u00e9contextualiser les raisons v\u00e9ritables qui ont pouss\u00e9 le secr\u00e9tariat de la Ligue arabe \u00e0 \u00e9laborer cette note de recadrage pour en faire un faux \u00e9v\u00e9nement qui n\u2019existe que dans l\u2019esprit retors de ceux qui excellent dans l\u2019art de la manipulation et de l\u2019intox”, a-t-il conclu.<\/p>\n
