{"id":42532,"date":"2022-01-12T13:00:22","date_gmt":"2022-01-12T13:00:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jazairhope.org\/?p=42532"},"modified":"2022-01-11T23:55:20","modified_gmt":"2022-01-11T23:55:20","slug":"les-hotels-de-fernand-pouillon-classes-au-patrimoine-national","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jazairhope.org\/fr\/les-hotels-de-fernand-pouillon-classes-au-patrimoine-national\/","title":{"rendered":"LES H\u00d4TELS DE FERNAND POUILLON CLASS\u00c9S AU PATRIMOINE NATIONAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Les h\u00f4tels de Fernand Pouillon class\u00e9s au patrimoine national<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le comit\u00e9 national des biens culturels a d\u00e9cid\u00e9, mercredi 29 d\u00e9cembre, de classer les cinq h\u00f4tels con\u00e7us par l\u2019architecte\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Fernand_Pouillon\">Fernand Pouillon<\/a>\u00a0au patrimoine national.<\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit, selon un communiqu\u00e9 du minist\u00e8re de la Culture et des Arts, des h\u00f4tels \u00ab El boustan \u00bb de Menia, \u00ab Tahat \u00bb de Tamanrasset, \u00ab Rym \u00bb de Beni Abbes, \u00ab El Mekhter \u00bb de Ain Sefra et \u00ab El Mehri \u00bb de Ouargla. Ce classement, le premier du genre, a \u00e9t\u00e9 fait \u00e0 la demande du groupe public\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/groupe-htt.com\/\">HTT<\/a>\u00a0(H\u00f4tellerie, tourisme et thermalisme) qui g\u00e8re une quarantaine d\u2019h\u00f4tels \u00e0 travers le pays.<\/p>\n<p>Le comit\u00e9 national des biens culturels envisage de classer d\u2019autres \u0153uvres de l\u2019architecte fran\u00e7ais\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.24hdz.com\/ghardaia-hotel-mzab-fernand-pouillon\/\">Fernand Pouillon<\/a>\u00a0dans le futur.<\/p>\n<p>En Alg\u00e9rie, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fernandpouillon.com\/\">Fernand Pouillon<\/a>\u00a0a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 300 projets dans 48 villes. Il s\u2019agit, entre autres, des complexes touristiques de Sidi Fredj, de Moretti, de Z\u00e9ralda, de Matares et de Corne d\u2019or (Tipaza), des Andalouses (Oran), \u00a0des logements de Diar El Mah\u00e7oul, de Climat de France et de Diar Es-saada (Alger) ainsi que les h\u00f4tels El Mountazah (S\u00e9raidi, Annaba), M\u2019zab (Gharda\u00efa), Zianides (Tlemcen) et Gourara (Timimoun). Il a aussi con\u00e7u des villas priv\u00e9es \u00e0 Alger (Hydra, A\u00efn Taya, Bouzareah, El Biar, Cheraga, etc), \u00e0 Blida, El Oued, Tlemcen, Gharda\u00efa et Ouargla.<\/p>\n<p>Fernand Pouillon, qui pr\u00e9f\u00e8re \u00a0la pierre, le verre, le bois et la c\u00e9ramique au b\u00e9ton, a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 la gare ferroviaire de Tabriz en Iran, des immeubles modernes du Vieux-port \u00e0 Marseille, la r\u00e9sidence Victor Hugo \u00e0 Pantin en France, l\u2019a\u00e9rogare de Marseille Marignane et la R\u00e9sidence Salmson Le Point du Jour \u00e0 Boulogne-Billancourt(Paris).<\/p>\n<p>Sympathisant du FLN et du r\u00e9seau Jeanson, durant la guerre de lib\u00e9ration nationale, Fernand Pouillon, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9 pour une sombre affaire \u00ab d\u2019abus de biens sociaux \u00bb, a \u00e9t\u00e9 radi\u00e9 \u00e0 vie par l\u2019Ordre des architectes fran\u00e7ais.
