Le prix du Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique de litt\u00e9rature et langue amazighes, d\u00e9cern\u00e9 mercredi \u00e0 Tamanrasset, est une cons\u00e9cration de l\u2019ensemble des artistes et innovateurs, a affirm\u00e9 la ministre de la Culture et des Arts, Wafa Cha\u00e2lal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u2019exprimant lors de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de remise des prix aux laur\u00e9ats de ce concours, dans sa deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9dition, \u00e0 la Maison de l\u2019Imzad, la ministre a indiqu\u00e9 que la cons\u00e9cration de ces laur\u00e9ats est celle de l\u2019ensemble des artistes et innovateurs, saluant, \u00e0 ce titre, en son nom personnel et celui des artistes et intellectuels, l\u2019important soutien et appui accord\u00e9 par le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique \u00e0 la sc\u00e8ne culturelle.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>&#8220;Le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique a accord\u00e9 tout son soutien au secteur de la\u00a0Culture et a balis\u00e9 la voie de sa relance&#8221;, a-t-elle soulign\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;L\u2019apport de la Nation alg\u00e9rienne aux civilisations de l\u2019Humanit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 important, et elle continuera \u00e0 apporter \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de choses \u00e0 l\u2019Humanit\u00e9&#8221;, a ajout\u00e9 M<sup>me<\/sup>.Cha\u00e2lal.<\/p>\n<p>La ministre a rendu, en outre, un hommage \u00e0 l\u2019Arm\u00e9e nationale populaire\u00a0(ANP) pour sa participation \u00e0 la c\u00e9l\u00e9bration de Yennayer (Nouvel An amazighe) \u00e0 Tamanrasset.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de remise de prix du Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique de litt\u00e9rature et langue amazighes, qui s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e en pr\u00e9sence \u00e9galement du secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du haut-commissariat \u00e0 l\u2019Amazighit\u00e9 (HCA), Si El-Hachemi Assad, des autorit\u00e9s de la wilaya, des membres du jury et d\u2019hommes de culture, a prim\u00e9 les meilleures \u0153uvres artistiques et litt\u00e9raires parmi les 82 engag\u00e9es \u00e0 ce concours dans ses quatre axes.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Le SG du HCA a indiqu\u00e9, de son c\u00f4t\u00e9, que la c\u00e9l\u00e9bration du Nouvel An amazighe, durant cinq (5) jours, a \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9e sous le haut-patronage du Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, et a vu une participation de l\u2019institution de l\u2019ANP, \u00e0 travers la Garde r\u00e9publicaine lors des c\u00e9r\u00e9monies d\u2019ouverture et de cl\u00f4ture.<\/p>\n<p>Une participation qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 &#8220;fort appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e&#8221; par la population locale et qui refl\u00e8te &#8220;le lien \u00e9troit entre l\u2019Arm\u00e9e et le peuple imbu de patriotisme et de l\u2019authenticit\u00e9 de son identit\u00e9&#8221;, a-t-il fait remarquer.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Et d\u2019ajouter : &#8220;toutes les composantes de l\u2019identit\u00e9 alg\u00e9rienne sont compl\u00e9mentaires, nourrissent la coh\u00e9sion nationale et ne peuvent \u00eatre abandonn\u00e9es&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Pour sa part, le pr\u00e9sident du jury, Youcef Necib, a relev\u00e9 que les membres\u00a0du jury, des enseignants sp\u00e9cialistes de la recherche scientifique et la litt\u00e9rature amazighe, ont travaill\u00e9 dans de bonnes conditions et dans la<\/p>\n<p>rigueur, conform\u00e9ment au r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur du concours, et que la plupart\u00a0des variantes amazighes (z\u00e9n\u00e8te, targuie, chaouie, mozabite et kabyle) \u00e9taient repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es au concours.<\/p>\n<p>Au terme de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de remise des prix, la population locale a honor\u00e9\u00a0le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, le chef d\u2019\u00e9tat-major de l\u2019ANP et le commandant de la Garde r\u00e9publicaine.<\/p>\n<p><em>Source\u00a0: APS<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>FC-DZ<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prix du Pr\u00e9sident de litt\u00e9rature et langue amazighes : une cons\u00e9cration \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des artistes et innovateurs TAMANRASSET &#8211;
