Le C-130J alg\u00e9rien a atterrit pour la premi\u00e8re fois en Alg\u00e9rie. Cet appareil repr\u00e9sente le d\u00e9but d\u2019une modernisation des capacit\u00e9s de transport pour le plus grand pays d\u2019Afrique.<\/p>\n

Le premier C-130J<\/h2>\n

Le 23 janvier, le premier C-130J de l\u2019Arm\u00e9e de l\u2019air alg\u00e9rienne a atterrit sur sa base de Boufarik (Nord de l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie). Il fait partie d\u2019une commande de quatre appareils achet\u00e9s en 2018 aupr\u00e8s de Lockheed Martin. Cette version du C-130 modernis\u00e9, qualifi\u00e9e de \u00ab\u00a0Super Hercules\u00a0\u00bb, comprend notamment des moteurs plus puissant (Rolls-Royce AE 2100D3 de 4.700 chevaux) permettant une masse maximale au d\u00e9collage augment\u00e9e (74.393 kg) et un rayon d\u2019action avec une charge maximale presque doubl\u00e9 (3.333 km) par rapport au C-130H.<\/p>\n

L\u2019arriv\u00e9e de ces appareils au sein de la flotte de l\u2019Arm\u00e9e de l\u2019air alg\u00e9rienne permettra la mise \u00e0 la retraite des plus vieux C-130H qu\u2019elle a acquis dans le courant des ann\u00e9es 80. Elle a d\u2019ailleurs perdu un C-130H dans un crash en f\u00e9vrier 2014.<\/p>\n

Le C-130J est la derni\u00e8re \u00e9volution du C-130, dont plus de 2200 exemplaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 produits. \u00a9<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Une capacit\u00e9 de transport \u00e9clectique<\/h2>\n

L\u2019Alg\u00e9rie dispose d\u2019une flotte de transporteurs strat\u00e9giques divis\u00e9e entre des Il-78M (ravitailleurs\/transporteurs re\u00e7us en 1999 de seconde main) et des Il-76 (transporteurs datant des ann\u00e9es 90). La flotte tactique est compos\u00e9e de diverses versions du C-130 (re\u00e7ues entre 1981 et 1990) et de quelques C-295 (2005). Elle comprend aussi plusieurs avions l\u00e9gers de diff\u00e9rents mod\u00e8les.<\/p>\n

Cette flotte de transporteurs comptera bient\u00f4t du sang neuf, avec l\u2019arriv\u00e9e des quatre C-130J. Des contacts ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 pris pour une commande de quatre Il-76MD-90A (version modernis\u00e9e, avec un cockpit tout \u00e9cran, ailes et train d\u2019atterrissage renforc\u00e9es, nouveaux r\u00e9acteurs PS-90A76) aupr\u00e8s d\u2019Aviastar-SP JSC mais aucun contrat n\u2019a encore \u00e9t\u00e9 officiellement sign\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
