\u201cWe are forced to evolve in a global context. \u00bb<\/p>\n

For Mr. Noureddine DAOUDI, Chairman of the Management Committee of ALNAFT, the National Agency for the Development of Hydrocarbons, the previous law, 05-07, was not enough of an incentive for investment in Algeria and therefore, it did not meet the objectives set by ALNAFT, nor, in general, government policy in terms of investment in the field of hydrocarbons.<\/p>\n

The new law relating to hydrocarbons, Law 19-13 of December 11, 2019, facilities have been introduced so that the partner can quickly have a return on investment, given the complexity of the deposits to be developed and technology to be used and significant financial resources to be committed.<\/p>\n
