Le secteur de l\u2019industrie agroalimentaire en Alg\u00e9rie a connu son heure de gloire en 2021, contrairement \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e d\u2019avant. En effet, selon les donn\u00e9es r\u00e9colt\u00e9es par l\u2019Office national des Statistiques (ONS), le march\u00e9 industriel de l\u2019agroalimentaire a enregistr\u00e9 une croissance de 15 % en 2021. Cela, face \u00e0 une baisse de 0,9 % en 2020, rapporte, ce dimanche,\u00a0Echaab<\/i>.<\/p>\n

Il convient de rappeler que l\u2019objectif premier en Alg\u00e9rie serait de d\u00e9velopper la production locale. Cela dans le but d\u2019atteindre une autosuffisance en produits de large consommation. D\u2019autant plus que l\u2019alimentation repr\u00e9sente une grande partie du budget des m\u00e9nages alg\u00e9riens. Ainsi, leur consommation se voit \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Par ailleurs, l\u2019industrie agroalimentaire a connu \u00ab un redressement appr\u00e9ciable qui caract\u00e9rise les industries agroalimentaires. Dont la variation de la production passe de -0,9 % en 2020 \u00e0 +15,1 % en 2021 \u00bb, apprend-on de l\u2019ONS. L\u2019organisme a notamment indiqu\u00e9 que cette hausse a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9e durant les quatre trimestres de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2021. Cela avec des taux de croissance atteignant 11,5 %, 24,3 %, 8,3 % et enfin 16,8 % au dernier trimestre de l\u2019ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Alg\u00e9rie : voici les donn\u00e9es relatives \u00e0 l\u2019industrie agroalimentaire<\/b><\/h4>\n

L\u2019ensemble des activit\u00e9s relevant du secteur de l\u2019industrie agroalimentaire a pu observer ce progr\u00e8s. Une nette am\u00e9lioration a \u00e9t\u00e9 not\u00e9e dans\u00a0la production c\u00e9r\u00e9ali\u00e8re<\/a>. Celle-ci a enregistr\u00e9 un taux de croissance moyen annuel de 8,7 % en 2021. Notamment durant le deuxi\u00e8me et troisi\u00e8me trimestre de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, avec un taux de + 23 % et + 10,7 %.<\/p>\n

Quant \u00e0 l\u2019industrie du lait, le secteur a connu un rel\u00e8vement de 26,9 % dans sa production. Et ce, face \u00e0 une baisse de 6,2 % en 2020. Une augmentation enregistr\u00e9e durant les quatre trimestres de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2021. Particuli\u00e8rement le dernier trimestre qui a affich\u00e9 un taux de + 43,5 %.<\/p>\n

En ce qui concerne\u00a0la fabrication des produits alimentaires<\/a>\u00a0pour animaux, celle-ci a connu une am\u00e9lioration de 8 % en 2021. Cela, apr\u00e8s une baisse de 6,5 % l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Des taux appr\u00e9ciables ont \u00e9t\u00e9 relev\u00e9s durant les deux premiers trimestres. Soit de 25,7 % et 11,9 %, tandis que le troisi\u00e8me a connu un recul de production de 6 %.<\/p>\n
