D\u2019une superficie de 25.000 m\u00b2 sur une aire globale de plus de 5 ha, ce nouveau parc de loisirs d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux jeux de l\u2019eau est pr\u00eat \u00e0 accueillir une moyenne de 5.000 personnes\/jour. Selon son promoteur, Mustapha Athmane, l\u2019id\u00e9e de lancer ce parc \u00abavait germ\u00e9 en voyant que la r\u00e9gion o\u00f9 il avait grandi \u00e9tait d\u00e9pourvue de tout loisir \u00e0 m\u00eame de permettre aux citoyens, en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, et aux enfants, en particulier, de trouver des espaces de d\u00e9tente et d\u2019\u00e9vasion\u00bb, contrairement \u00e0 d\u2019autres propri\u00e9taires terriens qui, souvent, privil\u00e9gient le gain facile par la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019une promotion immobili\u00e8re et des dizaines de logements sur une telle surface. \u00abA travers ce projet, notre famille a voulu pr\u00e9server ce legs ancestral plut\u00f4t que de le c\u00e9der\u00bb, dira encore Mustapha Athmane.<\/h5>\n<h5>En fait, l\u2019ouverture de ce 1er juin ne concerne qu\u2019une partie de l\u2019ensemble du projet. \u00abNous lancerons, ce premier juin, toutes les attractions aquatiques avec 10 stands, toboggans pour enfants et adultes ainsi que les piscines qui peuvent recevoir un millier de nageurs\u00bb, soulignera encore le promoteur qui ajoutera que \u00able toboggan pour adultes, long de 100 m, est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme le plus grand jamais r\u00e9alis\u00e9 dans le pays\u00bb. Le projet dans sa totalit\u00e9, r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sur un espace bois\u00e9 en amont du terrain, comportera aussi un h\u00f4tel de 40 bungalows d\u2019une capacit\u00e9 totale de 240 lits, une salle de conf\u00e9rences, un centre commercial et un parking de 800 places pouvant aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 1.200qui est d\u00e9j\u00e0 op\u00e9rationnel. Un projet destin\u00e9 \u00e0 encourager le tourisme local en drainant des visiteurs \u00e0 la wilaya qui conna\u00eet un manque criant d\u2019espaces de loisirs.
