{"id":58057,"date":"2022-07-26T10:00:26","date_gmt":"2022-07-26T09:00:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jazairhope.org\/?p=58057"},"modified":"2022-07-26T10:14:32","modified_gmt":"2022-07-26T09:14:32","slug":"soixantenaire-de-lindependance-1962-remettre-en-route-le-systeme-educatif","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jazairhope.org\/fr\/soixantenaire-de-lindependance-1962-remettre-en-route-le-systeme-educatif\/","title":{"rendered":"Soixantenaire de l&#8217;ind\u00e9pendance: 1962, remettre en route le syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"itemIntroText col-xs-hidden selectionShareable\">\n<p><strong>ALGER &#8211; Dans son ouvrage intitul\u00e9 &#8220;Alg\u00e9rie 1962, une histoire populaire&#8221;, l&#8217;historienne Malika Rahal propose \u00e0 ses lecteurs de d\u00e9plier les \u00e9v\u00e9nements complexes et importants pour l&#8217;histoire de l&#8217;Alg\u00e9rie ind\u00e9pendante et revient, entre autres, sur l&#8217;urgence de remettre en route le syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif, un des premiers d\u00e9fis \u00e0 relever par la autorit\u00e9s alg\u00e9riennes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"itemFullText selectionShareable\">\n<p>Cet ouvrage de 419 pages, paru derni\u00e8rement aux \u00e9ditions Barzakh, d\u00e9limite une tranche d&#8217;histoire allant de janvier \u00e0 d\u00e9cembre 1962, et s&#8217;int\u00e9resse aux dossiers, tous plus urgents les uns que les autres, qui attendaient cette &#8220;Alg\u00e9rie de tous les futurs&#8221; au sortir de 132 ans de colonisation.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em><strong>L&#8217;historienne expose, dans cet ouvrage, &#8220;l&#8217;Alg\u00e9rie de toutes les urgences&#8221; qui devait, en plus de la sant\u00e9 et de l&#8217;\u00e9ducation, se nourrir, se loger, d\u00e9miner les sols, faire fonctionner les usines, former des instituteurs, des m\u00e9decins, des ing\u00e9nieurs pour assurer ce changement vers un Etat national.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Pour aborder cette urgence scolaire, l&#8217;universitaire cite une brochure non dat\u00e9e du gouvernement colonial qui soulignait &#8220;l&#8217;absurdit\u00e9 de vouloir loger et scolariser l&#8217;ensemble de la population colonis\u00e9e d&#8217;Alg\u00e9rie&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>La brochure rel\u00e8ve que &#8220;la scolarisation de deux millions d&#8217;enfants est presque irr\u00e9alisable, puisque la construction des \u00e9coles absorberait la totalit\u00e9 du budget alg\u00e9rien (&#8230;) et qu&#8217;il faudrait payer 40 000 ma\u00eetres suppl\u00e9mentaires&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Citant les chiffres de l&#8217;Office national des statistiques en 1970, Malika Rahal fait \u00e9tat de 2 078 361 enfants scolaris\u00e9s du premier au troisi\u00e8me cycle, et pr\u00e9cise que, d&#8217;apr\u00e8s les m\u00eames donn\u00e9es, l&#8217;Alg\u00e9rie comptait 23 602 enseignants \u00e0 la rentr\u00e9e de 1962 et qu&#8217;on en comptait 64 744 en 1972, \u00e0 peine dix ans plus tard, soit plus de 40 000 de plus.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Selon les chiffres de la derni\u00e8re rentr\u00e9e des classes 2021-2022, ce sont plus de 10 millions d&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e8ves qui ont rejoint les bancs des \u00e9tablissements d&#8217;enseignement primaire, moyen et secondaire, soit pr\u00e8s du quart de la population, alors que le nombre d&#8217;enseignants a atteint les 510 000.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des infrastructures, le nombre d&#8217;\u00e9tablissements scolaires a, quant \u00e0 lui, atteint les 28 585 r\u00e9partis sur les trois paliers.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e9e en 1974, Malika Rahal est agr\u00e9g\u00e9e d&#8217;histoire, sp\u00e9cialiste de l&#8217;histoire contemporaine de l&#8217;Alg\u00e9rie et charg\u00e9e de recherche au Cnrs en France.
