Le 15 ao\u00fbt, la France a annonc\u00e9 la fin de l\u2019op\u00e9ration Barkhane au Mali, indiquant le d\u00e9part du dernier d\u00e9tachement fran\u00e7ais vers le Niger.<\/p>\n

Quelques jours avant, le minist\u00e8re alg\u00e9rien de la D\u00e9fense a annonc\u00e9 l\u2019organisation en novembre, pour la premi\u00e8re fois sur le sol alg\u00e9rien, de man\u0153uvres conjointes avec l\u2019arm\u00e9e russe. Ces exercices se tiendront dans le sud-ouest du pays et ont pour objectif la lutte antiterroriste en milieu saharien. Au m\u00eame moment, la Russie livrait un important lot d\u2019armements au Mali, dont des avions de combat et des h\u00e9licopt\u00e8res de transport et d\u2019attaque.<\/p>\n

La Russie, l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie et le Mali sont-ils en train de b\u00e2tir une strat\u00e9gie commune de lutte antiterroriste dans le Sahel? Cette coop\u00e9ration tripartite est-elle appel\u00e9e \u00e0 combler le vide du d\u00e9part de l\u2019arm\u00e9e fran\u00e7aise du Mali?<\/p>\n
