{"id":64405,"date":"2022-12-04T10:10:14","date_gmt":"2022-12-04T09:10:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jazairhope.org\/?p=64405"},"modified":"2022-12-04T10:11:15","modified_gmt":"2022-12-04T09:11:15","slug":"64405","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jazairhope.org\/fr\/64405\/","title":{"rendered":"Le rail fend les sables"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\">Le d\u00e9veloppement du r\u00e9seau ferroviaire, relatif aux deux volets, transport de voyageurs et de marchandises, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d&#8217;une r\u00e9elle volont\u00e9 politique.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #003366\">En effet, les pouvoirs publics prennent l&#8217;engagement en faveur d&#8217;un maillage cons\u00e9quent du r\u00e9seau ferroviaire, \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9chelle du territoire national, notamment pour relier le Nord au Sud. Cette modernisation dynamique du rail a lieu afin d&#8217;accompagner de grands projets, dont les nouveaux ports, comme le port-centre de Hamdania, dans la wilaya de Tipaza, ou encore desservir de nouveaux p\u00f4les urbains, \u00e0 l&#8217;instar de la ville de Boughezoul sur les Hauts-Plateaux, soit la ligne Tissemsilt-Boughezoul qui s&#8217;\u00e9tend sur 139 kilom\u00e8tres. Les objectifs sont, d\u00e9sormais, ambitieux, puisqu&#8217;il s&#8217;agit de fendre les sables pour atteindre des villes lointaines comme El Oued, voire au-del\u00e0. D&#8217;ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0, la ligne ferroviaire Touggourt-Hassi Messaoud est d&#8217;actualit\u00e9. Cette voie ferr\u00e9e fait partie du grand projet de boucle ferroviaire Sud-Est, laquelle englobe les lignes principales qui desservent les wilayas de Laghouat, Ghardaia, Ouargla, Touggourt et El Oued, avec une vitesse de 220 km\/h pour les trains de voyageurs et 100 km\/h pour ceux de transport de marchandises.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #003366\">Le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, n&#8217;avait-t-il pas ordonn\u00e9, imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s l&#8217;\u00e9pisode de la Covid-19, de lancer, sans plus tarder, des \u00e9tudes techniques afin d&#8217;\u00e9tendre le r\u00e9seau ferroviaire du Nord au Grand Sud, entre Alger-Tamanrasset et Adrar? Aussi, de nombreux projets sont en cours en vue de la modernisation du secteur des transports ferroviaires, qui atteint, pr\u00e9sentement, 6 300 km lin\u00e9aires, pour \u00eatre port\u00e9 \u00e0 12 500 km \u00e0 l&#8217;horizon 2030. Selon les derni\u00e8res estimations communiqu\u00e9es par les responsables du domaine, l&#8217;Alg\u00e9rie dispose actuellement d&#8217;un r\u00e9seau ferroviaire de 4 200 km, avec une pr\u00e9vision d&#8217;atteindre les<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #003366\">12.500 km \u00e0 l&#8217;horizon 2030, l&#8217;objectif, \u00e0 terme, \u00e9tant le raccordent de la totalit\u00e9 des r\u00e9gions du pays au r\u00e9seau ferroviaire et, partant, le renforcement de la dynamique commerciale et \u00e9conomique, \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9chelle nationale. Il est surtout question de raccorder les principaux ports mixtes au r\u00e9seau ferroviaire. L&#8217;on \u00e9voque, \u00e0 ce titre, quatre nouvelles lignes de chemin de fer. Il s&#8217;agit de la ligne port d&#8217;El Hamdania- Tamanrasset, sur une longueur de 1 900 km, en passant par Tipaza, Blida, Bouira, Djelfa, Lagouat, Ghardaia, El Menia\u00e2 \u00e0 A\u00efn Salah et Tamanrasset.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #003366\">La deuxi\u00e8me ligne, de 572 km, reliera le port de Djensjen \u00e0 Hassi Messaoud, en passant par les wilayas de Jijel, Constantine, Batna, Biskra,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #003366\">El Meghaier, Touggourt et Hassi Messaoud. La troisi\u00e8me ligne, quant \u00e0 elle, reliera le port d&#8217;Oran \u00e0 Tindouf, sur une longueur de 1650 km en passant par Sidi Bel Abb\u00e8s, Na\u00e2ma, B\u00e9char, Tindouf pour arriver, enfin, \u00e0 Ghar Djebilet.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #003366\">La quatri\u00e8me ligne reliera le port d&#8217;Annaba l&#8217;extr\u00eame Sud, Touggourt et Hassi Messaoud, en passant par les wilayas d&#8217;El Tarf, Guelma, Souk Ahras, Tebessa, Oued Souf et Hassi Messaoud. Une fois ce projet r\u00e9alis\u00e9, l&#8217;axe vertical Nord-Sud sera renforc\u00e9.
