ALGER – Le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, M. Abdelmadjid Tebboune a ordonn\u00e9 d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la cadence de r\u00e9alisation des projets structurants, affirmant n’accepter aucun rel\u00e2chement dans leur concr\u00e9tisation.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dans son entrevue p\u00e9riodique avec des repr\u00e9sentants de m\u00e9dias nationaux, diffus\u00e9e vendredi soir sur les chaines de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision et stations de radio nationales, le Pr\u00e9sident Tebboune a indiqu\u00e9 que “la ville de Sidi Abdallah, par exemple, \u00e9tait une terre aride, mais en 4 ans et demi, elle est devenue une ville de 250.000 habitants. Comment se fait-il que les d\u00e9lais de r\u00e9alisation d\u2019une ligne ferroviaire de 700 km puissent s\u2019\u00e9tendre jusqu\u2019en 2030 ?”.<\/p>\n

” La r\u00e9alisation d\u2019une ligne ferroviaire de 700 km en 7 ans se fait \u00e0 raison de 200 m\/jour…Nous avons aussi l’exemple de la ligne ferroviaire reliant El Mohammadia \u00e0 Bechar dont la restauration a pris 11 ans, ce qui est inconcevable”, a indiqu\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique qui a affirm\u00e9 son rejet de “cette logique”.<\/p>\n

Le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique a soulign\u00e9 que l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie vit aujourd\u2019hui ” une r\u00e9volution ” en termes de d\u00e9veloppement, n\u00e9cessitant d’\u00e9liminer la bureaucratie et d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la cadence de travail \u00e0 travers le recours aux moyens de r\u00e9alisation modernes.<\/p>\n

“Le rel\u00e2chement de telle ou telle administration ou bureau d’\u00e9tudes est d\u00e9sormais inadmissible. Nous sommes en passe d’op\u00e9rer une r\u00e9volution, il ne s’agit pas d’une op\u00e9ration ordinaire. Ce qui \u00e9tait r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avant en une ann\u00e9e doit d\u00e9sormais se faire en deux ou trois mois, dans le respect de toutes les normes en vigueur”, a-t-il averti.<\/p>\n

Pour ce faire, pr\u00e9cise le Pr\u00e9sident Tebboune, “il faut adopter le syst\u00e8me des 3×8 et bannir tout rel\u00e2chement dans l’ex\u00e9cution des travaux”.<\/p>\n

Le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique a ordonn\u00e9 la conclusion d’accords avec des pays ayant une exp\u00e9rience av\u00e9r\u00e9e en la mati\u00e8re et le renforcement de l’exp\u00e9rience de l’Agence nationale d’\u00e9tudes et de suivi de la r\u00e9alisation des investissements ferroviaires (ANESRIF), soulignant l’imp\u00e9ratif pour les responsables de faire preuve de d\u00e9termination pour mener \u00e0 bien cette d\u00e9marche.<\/p>\n

Concernant le d\u00e9veloppement des grands projets industriels structurants du secteur de l’\u00c9nergie et des Mines, le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique avait exprim\u00e9, lors du dernier Conseil des ministres, son rejet de tous les d\u00e9lais \u00e0 long terme pour la r\u00e9alisation de lignes ferroviaires devant relier Annaba \u00e0 la mine de Bled El Hadba et B\u00e9char \u00e0 celle de Gara Djebilet en passant par Tindouf, ordonnant leur r\u00e9duction imm\u00e9diate.<\/p>\n
