CONSTANTINE – Pas moins de 1182 enseignants fra\u00eechement recrut\u00e9s prennent part samedi \u00e0 Constantine \u00e0 un stage de formation, a-t-on appris aupr\u00e8s de la Direction de l’\u00e9ducation de la wilaya.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le stage b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie aux enseignants des divers paliers int\u00e9gr\u00e9s en vertu de la d\u00e9cision du Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, M. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, de confirmer \u00e0 leurs postes d’emploi les enseignants contractuels, a indiqu\u00e9 le charg\u00e9 de communication \u00e0 la Direction de wilaya de l\u2019\u00e9ducation, Djamel Enchaina.<\/p>\n

Selon le m\u00eame cadre, les concern\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 divis\u00e9s en 32 groupes r\u00e9partis sur les trois \u00e9tablissements, \u00e0 savoir le lyc\u00e9e El Houria qui accueille 597 enseignants du primaire, le Coll\u00e8ge d’enseignement moyen (CEM) Khadidja Oum el Mouminine (286 enseignants du moyen) et le lyc\u00e9e les s\u0153urs Sa\u00e2dane (200 enseignants du secondaire).<\/p>\n

D’une dur\u00e9e de 15 jours, le stage est encadr\u00e9 par 64 inspecteurs des trois paliers et 32 enseignants formateurs. Il touche aux aspects th\u00e9oriques et pratiques du processus p\u00e9dagogique et didactique, des sciences de l\u2019\u00e9ducation, de la psychologie, des techniques de gestion de la classe, de la l\u00e9gislation scolaire et de la d\u00e9ontologie, est-il pr\u00e9cis\u00e9.<\/p>\n

“La formation assure un accompagnement p\u00e9dagogique aux enseignants fra\u00eechement recrut\u00e9s et leur offre la possibilit\u00e9 de soulever les questions qui les pr\u00e9occupent devant les formateurs”, a indiqu\u00e9 l\u2019inspecteur de l\u2019\u00e9ducation nationale et encadreur du stage, Ghazali Bouhedjar.<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Les formateurs auront \u00e0 aborder au cours du stage, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 M. Bouhedjar, l\u2019importance de la formation p\u00e9dagogique dans l\u2019am\u00e9lioration et le d\u00e9veloppement des performances de l\u2019enseignant nouveau et dans sa pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 faire face aux situations et aux probl\u00e8mes qu\u2019il aura \u00e0 affronter.<\/p>\n
