ALGER – Le groupe Sonatrach a sign\u00e9, mercredi \u00e0 Alger, avec le groupe br\u00e9silien WEG AS un protocole d’entente visant \u00e0 renforcer la coop\u00e9ration entre les deux parties.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ce protocole a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 au si\u00e8ge de la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de Sonatrach par le vice-pr\u00e9sident de l’activit\u00e9 Exploration & Production du groupe public, Mohamed Slimani et le PDG du groupe br\u00e9silien, Harry Schmelzer Jr. , en pr\u00e9sence du ministre de l’\u00c9nergie et des Mines, Mohamed Arkab, et le PDG de Sonatrach, Toufik Hakkar, ainsi que l’ambassadeur du Br\u00e9sil en Alg\u00e9rie, Flavio Marega.<\/p>\n

Cette coop\u00e9ration devrait favoriser les perspectives d’\u00e9change d’expertises et d’exp\u00e9riences, en mati\u00e8re d’am\u00e9lioration des performances et de ma\u00eetrise technologique des installations de Sonatrach, \u00e0 travers une vision de partenariat “gagnant-gagnant”, explique-t-on lors de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de signature.<\/p>\n

Dans une allocution prononc\u00e9e \u00e0 cette occasion, M. Arkab a soulign\u00e9 que ce protocole d’entente est “une r\u00e9alisation suppl\u00e9mentaire qui refl\u00e8te l’excellence des relations de coop\u00e9ration et de partenariat entre l’Alg\u00e9rie et le Br\u00e9sil, la cr\u00e9ation de la valeur partag\u00e9e et la r\u00e9alisation des objectifs nationaux pour le secteur de l’\u00e9nergie et des mines dans les deux pays”.<\/p>\n

“Je suis certain que le partenariat avec un grand groupe technologique comme WEG, nous permettra de franchir un cap suppl\u00e9mentaire dans l’am\u00e9lioration de l’efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et l’exploitation du grand potentiel de la digitalisation pour l’optimisation de nos performances”,\u00a0a-t-il indiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Pour sa part, le PDG de Sonatrach a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que ce protocole d’entente s’inscrit dans le cadre de la strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9veloppement et la modernisation des installations de Sonatrach, par une identification des meilleures technologies permettant l’am\u00e9lioration de l’efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des installations, la digitalisation et la maintenance des \u00e9quipements \u00e9lectriques.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 travers la collaboration avec l’un des plus importants fournisseurs de moteurs \u00e9lectriques dans le monde, a ajout\u00e9 M. Hakkar, Sonatrach vise \u00e9galement, \u00e0 mettre en oeuvre l’un de ses engagements li\u00e9 \u00e0 la politique de promotion du contenu local et de l’int\u00e9gration nationale, \u00e0 savoir “la contribution au d\u00e9veloppement des capacit\u00e9s nationales en mati\u00e8re de ma\u00eetrise technologique dans les m\u00e9tiers de Sonatrach, \u00e0 travers la collaboration avec les partenaires \u00e9trangers”.<\/p>\n

Sonatrach et WEG SA proc\u00e9deront \u00e0 l’\u00e9valuation \u00e9conomique de la r\u00e9alisation d’une structure de fabrication et de maintenance WEG en Alg\u00e9rie et examineront la possibilit\u00e9 de mettre en place un partenariat avec l’institut de formation de Sonatrach, en vue d’octroyer un niveau avanc\u00e9 de formation et de certification, ainsi que l’organisation d’ateliers et de rencontres de sp\u00e9cialistes pour partager les bonnes pratiques selon un processus de gestion et de capitalisation des connaissances, notamment en mati\u00e8re de veille technologique et de mise \u00e0 jour des normes relatives aux \u00e9quipements \u00e9lectriques.<\/p>\n

De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, le PDG de WEG SA a not\u00e9 que la signature de protocole d’entente entre avec Sonatrach repr\u00e9sente “une mani\u00e8re d’exprimer l’engagement du groupe br\u00e9silien pour transmettre et partager la connaissance et l’exp\u00e9rience”.<\/p>\n
