Pour aider les harraga, ayant choisi de retourner volontairement au pays, \u00e0 se r\u00e9int\u00e9grer, l\u2019Organisation internationale pour les migrations (OIM) bureau d\u2019Alger, a organis\u00e9, la semaine derni\u00e8re durant deux jours, une formation d\u2019orientation sur le march\u00e9 du travail, \u00e0 leur intention.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cette formation visait \u00e0 fournir une assistance compl\u00e9mentaire aux Alg\u00e9riens r\u00e9int\u00e9gr\u00e9s en les dotant des connaissances et des comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour r\u00e9ussir sur le march\u00e9 du travail en Alg\u00e9rie.<\/p>\n

La formation comprenait des s\u00e9ances d’orientation, des conseils sur la r\u00e9daction de curriculum vitae (CV) et de lettres de motivation personnalis\u00e9es, ainsi qu’un coaching individuel ax\u00e9 sur les comp\u00e9tences transf\u00e9rables et la pr\u00e9paration aux entretiens d’embauche.<\/p>\n

Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une approche interactive comprenant des discussions de groupe, des \u00e9tudes de cas, des jeux de r\u00f4le et des exercices individuels, cette formation a enrichi l’exp\u00e9rience d’apprentissage des participants. L’objectif global de cette formation \u00e9tait d’autonomiser les retourn\u00e9s alg\u00e9riens r\u00e9int\u00e9gr\u00e9s en les aidant \u00e0 surmonter les obstacles et \u00e0 se r\u00e9int\u00e9grer avec succ\u00e8s dans leur pays d’origine.<\/p>\n

Cette formation a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e dans le cadre du projet PISTE, financ\u00e9 par le gouvernement norv\u00e9gien. Le programme d\u2019Aide au Retour Volontaire et \u00e0 la R\u00e9int\u00e9gration (AVRR) vise \u00e0 proposer une alternative pratique aux migrants qui souhaitent retourner volontairement dans leur pays d\u2019origine de mani\u00e8re s\u00fbre, durable et dans la dignit\u00e9. Les migrants \u00e9ligibles recevront une aide psychologique ainsi qu\u2019un soutien administratif, logistique et financier.<\/p>\n

Les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires du programme AVRR comprendront des individus et des familles qui ont abandonn\u00e9 leur demande d\u2019asile ou qui ne sont pas consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme ayant besoin d\u2019une protection internationale, ainsi que des migrants bloqu\u00e9s\u2026<\/p>\n
