C&#8217;est tr\u00e8s important de soulever la question de l&#8217;enseignement de l&#8217;histoire et les m\u00e9thodes qui doivent \u00eatre adopt\u00e9es afin de former l&#8217;enfant qui est appel\u00e9 \u00e0 devenir un adulte, selon les normes qui viennent d&#8217;\u00eatre soutenues par les grandes instances scientifiques et p\u00e9dagogiques sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es dans l&#8217;enseignement de l&#8217;histoire chez l&#8217;enfant.<br \/>\nL&#8217;Histoire constitue le socle de toutes les questions en rapport avec le mouvement perp\u00e9tuel des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s et leurs identit\u00e9s propres.<br \/>\nEnseigner l&#8217;Histoire et renforcer le lien et l&#8217;attachement avec la M\u00e9moire nationale d&#8217;un peuple, sont des \u00e9preuves des plus dures et une entreprise qui demande plus de vigilance et de rigueur.<br \/>\nLe ministre Abdelhakim Bela\u00e2bed doit \u00eatre s\u00fbrement entour\u00e9 par des conseillers qui savent ce que constitue comme enjeu l&#8217;enseignement de l&#8217;histoire aux enfants. Ce qui implique que le travail sur la question p\u00e9dagogique est \u00e9minemment important et sensible. L&#8217;histoire et son enseignement dans les \u00e9tablissements scolaires exigent que les pouvoirs publics s&#8217;int\u00e9ressent en premier lieu \u00e0 la formation des historiens-chercheurs en la mati\u00e8re.<br \/>\nCela demande qu&#8217;il y ait une volont\u00e9 politique afin de rompre avec les clich\u00e9s qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9rig\u00e9s comme rep\u00e8res de la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 historique sur les questions tr\u00e8s sensibles en termes d&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nements ou de situations historiques en rapport avec l&#8217;histoire du peuple alg\u00e9rien dans tous les domaines et l&#8217;histoire de son \u00c9tat depuis l&#8217;ind\u00e9pendance \u00e0 nos jours. Abdelhakim Bela\u00e2bed a fait conna\u00eetre \u00e0 ce propos que \u00abl&#8217;\u00e9cole alg\u00e9rienne oeuvre \u00e0 la promotion et l&#8217;enseignement de l&#8217;histoire aux jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations. L&#8217;ancrage de la M\u00e9moire nationale chez ces jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations leur permettra de promouvoir, en permanence, le sens du patriotisme, du respect des symboles de la R\u00e9volution, outre la pr\u00e9servation de la m\u00e9moire des Chouhada et de la dignit\u00e9 des Moudjahidine\u00bb, a-t-il rappel\u00e9.<br \/>\nLa promotion de l&#8217;histoire et l&#8217;ancrage de la M\u00e9moire nationale chez les jeunes doivent \u00eatre entam\u00e9s d&#8217;une mani\u00e8re libre et en dehors de toutes les contraintes politiques et id\u00e9ologiques. C&#8217;est aux historiens-chercheurs de mettre en place une esquisse, voire une \u00e9bauche pour une p\u00e9dagogie qui puisse r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l&#8217;urgence de l&#8217;enseignement de l&#8217;histoire \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9cole selon les nouvelles techniques et m\u00e9thodes modernes en rupture totale avec les anciennes m\u00e9thodes dont le monolithisme et l&#8217;id\u00e9ologisation extr\u00eame des valeurs et des symboles de l&#8217;histoire et la m\u00e9moire commune du peuple.<br \/>\nLe ministre de l&#8217;\u00c9ducation nationale, Abdelhakim Bela\u00e2bed, a soulign\u00e9 en la mati\u00e8re que la tutelle \u00abvise la cons\u00e9cration des nobles valeurs novembristes\u00bb, pr\u00e9cisant que \u00abl&#8217;Alg\u00e9rie avait fait de la pr\u00e9servation de la M\u00e9moire nationale un devoir national sacr\u00e9\u00bb, a-t-il estim\u00e9.<br \/>\nLa connaissance des monuments de l&#8217;histoire et de la M\u00e9moire nationale par les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations montantes est devenue une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 et une urgence qui sont prises en charge par les experts du minist\u00e8re de l&#8217;\u00c9ducation nationale via son Conseil national des programmes.<br \/>\nCe conseil compos\u00e9 de \u00abd&#8217;enseignants-chercheurs, d&#8217;inspecteurs sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s et d&#8217;experts en \u00c9ducation, s&#8217;att\u00e8lle \u00e0 revoir et \u00e0 r\u00e9viser les programmes d&#8217;enseignement selon un plan bien \u00e9tudi\u00e9\u00bb, rappelle-t-on.<br \/>\nLa nouvelle approche de l&#8217;enseignement de l&#8217;histoire \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9cole doit s&#8217;impr\u00e9gner des derni\u00e8res exp\u00e9riences qu&#8217;avaient connues d&#8217;autres nations en la mati\u00e8re afin de tirer profit des critiques \u00e9mises \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9gard des pratiques pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes et d&#8217;engager des r\u00e9formes plus qualitatives et profondes quant \u00e0 la mise en oeuvre d&#8217;une nouvelle conception p\u00e9dagogique \u00e0 m\u00eame d&#8217;enseigner l&#8217;histoire d&#8217;une mani\u00e8re scientifique, d\u00e9pouill\u00e9e de l&#8217;esprit politicien et de la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration id\u00e9ologique.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Par Hocine Neffah\u00a0 \/ lexpressiondz.com L&#8217;ancrage de la M\u00e9moire nationale chez les jeunes doit \u00e9chapper \u00e0 toutes contraintes id\u00e9ologiques.
