“Ce coup frapp\u00e9 \u00e0 la porte n’a rien de nouveau. Vingt-deux pays ont officiellement approch\u00e9 les BRICS, un nombre \u00e9gal d’approches informelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7ues.
